11/2/2020 12:13 | New 52 week low 70p | sbb1x
07/2/2020 13:23 | Its a shame really. They've had yeats to transform themselves into a Boo or Asos. What an opportunity squandered. This is what happens I guess when the city insists on employing career directors instead of genuine businessmen. | my retirement fund
07/2/2020 11:05 | Bid dropped to 72.05Bounce of 68p ? | sbb1x
05/2/2020 12:51 | Previous CEO didn't understand that BWNG is essentially a credit business & tighter financial regulatory environment will disproportionately hit revenue compared to 'true' retail business. Misguided & expensive IT transformation program driven by a numpty of a CIO. Failure to serve a significant tranche of the traditional customer base i.e. the elderly. | vortx
05/2/2020 11:44 | Bid dropped to 75.6 | sbb1x
01/2/2020 23:03 | Shorters will get this lower another 15% to go | sbb1x
31/1/2020 17:30 | New 52 week low | sbb1x
31/1/2020 09:23 | What about 'The Chubster's Friend'...much more exciting than NB. | meijiman
31/1/2020 09:09 | They’d do better if they re-named this company ‘Massive Bloomers’! | bookbroker
31/1/2020 09:06 | I'd assume it's trading to the previous lows to find support :) | g2theary
31/1/2020 05:54 | Yesterday’s share price fall on higher volume was a bit of a surprise since all the bad news should be priced in by now. New senior appointments / change of CFO could be seen as a positive. Any thoughts on the reason(s) for the fall? | up4itt
29/1/2020 10:32 | Worth picking up a decent number at this current low. That's what I've done. f | fillipe
20/1/2020 16:46 | Maybe bounce of the 52 week low ? | sbb1x
17/1/2020 19:06 | I was hoping the new CEO would turn this around but appears to be taking his sweet time. The likes of Boo show how online fast fashion should run - you have lots of designs, reorder quickly the ones that sell and drop the ones that don't. Now they're ditching the shops why haven't they managed to adopt this model? Or have they and are just making a pigs ear of it? | mauricemonkey
16/1/2020 16:59 | Part of the decline is a reduction in defaults so they can't charge administration fees. Improves the risk but hits the bottom line. | dgarvey
16/1/2020 11:21 | I was fortunate, not clever, to have got out a few days ago as I set a stop to retain a good profit. It is getting into buy levels. Eps will have dropped to 18 meaning the dividend is well covered. The p/e is very low. It is not in the same market as boohoo although is the same as Primark. I will watch and look for opportunity to buy-- perhaps at a lower price. | tim1478
16/1/2020 10:54 | Brown management believe the porker market they serve want to dress in sacks. | meijiman
16/1/2020 10:13 | Unfortunately the combination of legacy costs and rather weak growth figures for online sales make the company look a rather poor proposition. Take a look at the offering from the Brown franchise and compare it with the likes of boohoo and Primark. It’s not too difficult to see why this company is in trouble. They had been tipped in a recent ii article. Fortunately I held off awaiting these results. | damp seaweed |
