Post 2:-

• According to CS Trade Metrics (private client access only), 33 X £20,000-plus BUY trades have been executed since the 18th of April. This indicates that high-net-worth investors alongside some institutions have large BUY orders in place. These orders are typically active for 14-day durations, so expect the market makers to create moderate volatility to try and fill more of these orders.

• According to CS Trade Metrics, 131 foreign orders have been executed over the last 10 days, indicating strong, foreign investor demand.

you can take this to the bank: we are in the midst of a substantial share price re-rating. And the smart money is getting in early.

In the meantime, disregard the games of the market makers and day traders. Instead, focus on the appreciating share price, backed by exceptional fundamentals and solid technical data, and be proud of your investment – you’re the part-owner of an incredible business!

From Research Analyst on LSE, Post 1.

Anthony Cross, the uber-successful British fund manager, who oversees the Liontrust Special Situations fund, once opined that, "When it comes to investing, what is comfortable is rarely profitable."

As you would have probably guessed, I’m a serial value investor.

Now, while some might mistakenly consider ‘value investing’ as a mechanical tool for identifying bargains, it is actually a comprehensive investment strategy that emphasises the need to perform in-depth fundamental analysis, pursue long-term investment results, limit risk, and resist crowd psychology.

follow your investment instinct; you’re on the right path.

And yes, it may feel uncomfortable but trust me, this is what value investing is about – unearthing exceptional value, taking a position (sometimes against the market consensus), and waiting patiently.

Remember, if you want to have a better performance than the herd, you must do things differently from the herd.

Simply put, the herd is yet to recognise the incredible value in MySQUAR. This is not a bad thing since it allows the likes of me and you to buy into an extraordinary business – on the cusp of a dramatic transformation – at an extraordinary price!

But be warned, as certain as death and taxes are, so will be the arrival of the herd.

And when they do – assuming they get here on time – MySQUAR’s market cap will be worth multiples of what it is today.

So, fasten your seatbelt and sit tight.

For the revaluation of MySQUAR’s shares will not commence when the second tranche is complete or when Rising Dragon declare their new holding or when Sandabel appear on the company’s tear sheet or any other copper-plated nonsense.

No. The revaluation of MySQUAR’s shares has already commenced!

It commenced on the 11th of April 2017 and is now in full swing. But don’t take my word for it, look at the stats:

• 11th April: share price was 1.05p (26,598,804 shares traded – 5.2 X normal volume).

• 12th April: share price was 1.15p (25,110,773 shares traded – 5.1 X normal volume).

• 13th April: share price was 1.18p (19,075,339 shares traded – 4.2 X normal volume).

• 18th April: share price was 1.15p (14,142,871 shares traded – 2.9 X normal volume).

• 19th April: share price was 1.38p (43,941,631 shares traded – 8.2 X normal volume).

• 20th April: share price was 1.35p (25,150,297 shares traded – 5.1 X normal volume).

MYSQ has probably now seen the bottom as it ends the frankly awful financing method it had chosen which drove the share price into the ground and killed investor confidence. The new plan is diluting existing shareholders but will put the Company on a much sounder financial footing as it moves quickly to break even and then turns cash positive. The prospects are really exciting and events will move quickly from here and there is always the prospect that one of the big boys will make a bid. If you think the prospects are good you can protect yourself from dilution by buying more shares at the current price. It might not be the 0.85p available in the placing but it will still be cheap if the company succeeds and bear in mind the current market cap is only £4.6 million. This could easily be a ten bagger and still have plenty of upside.
Let's see what the coming weeks bring as the company completes its fund raising and investor confidence returns.
Please excuse my chocolate fuelled Easter enthusiasm!

Part 3:-

More importantly, however, the company has the management (telecoms millionaires Piers Pottinger and Norman Osborn alongside Eric Schaer, CEO of Rising Dragon Ltd) and connections (Kumazawa and Hung) to pull it off, and achieve much more besides.

It goes without saying, MySQUAR’s activities are going to be transformative for the Burmese people. To this end, it fits firmly in the definition of a ‘ground-breaking’ company. Leading research firm McKinsey and Co. believes the company represents a mind-boggling £5 billion opportunity with all boxes ticked whilst house broker Beaufort has initiated new coverage on the stock, following the recent fundraising, with a 21p target. This equates to a valuation of £98m (474m shares).

Thus, on a sum-of-parts basis, the company is trading at a significant, unwarranted discount to its enterprise value that is, according to our calculations, around £72.4m. On this point, and if all goes to plan (or exceeds market expectations), we expect the business to be snapped-up within the next 12 months by one of the cash-rich telcos in Myanmar. BUY.

Part 2:-

“Now, this brings me to the numbers which, I presume, is why you’re all here. Right, including the Rakhine, Kachin, and Kayin northern states, Myanmar has 12m households. Each of the households have, on average, 4.5 people. If we delve deeper into this group, approximately 35m people are aged between 15 and 60.

This is MySQUAR’s target market as they have access to disposable income; although there is growing evidence to suggest the over 60’s are rapidly catching-up with mobile technology.”

• “Now, if the company earned 2 dollars from half (17m) of the group every six months, that would equate to £68m annual revenues. However, if the customers mirrored their current spending patterns – which is roughly about $4 per month on mobile device apps – the potential half-year revenue stream would be a whopping $408m! Remember, this only relates to half the population of the target market!

• “Yes, the numbers are ridiculous. But that’s why we’re invested.”

Flanked by Nicolas Nguyen (a director at Rising Dragon), Kumazawa, and Pham Hung (COO of MySQUAR), Pottinger closed the interview with his hallmark, double thumbs-up gesture.

Shortly after, MySQUAR shares were subjected to strong buying pressure that initiated a rally lasting two weeks and that saw the company’s stock surge from 3.5p to 5.75p. According to the company’s registrars, CIS (Computershare Investor Services), 32% of the company’s shares are held by Asian retail investors.

However, fast-forward to April 2017 – 4 months later – and the shares are a fraction of their October high. The Sandabel facility, a major contributor to the sell-off, has now been terminated and a staggering £2m has been raised through an oversubscribed placing with new investors, some, undoubtedly, with sticky hands.

According to Mirabaud Securities, the funding should see the company through to profitability, forecast for Q4 2017.

VERDICT:

A close look at MySQUAR suggests you dismiss this rising tiger of a stock at your peril as it is on the verge of becoming – if not already – the social media, entertainment and gaming platform of choice in Myanmar, one of Asia's fastest growing economies.

Having obtained an important payment option for its products through its relationship with Telenor, and having commenced the monetisation of its VoIP services (CallHome) and MyChat last month alongside a growing user base (8m and rising…), the company is on track to achieving operating profitability in the second half of 2017.

Holding well in buying at 1.05p - may be an opportunity and not go lower to test the equity raising price. Perhaps a price worth going for now after getting quite a bashing yesterday. My view, cheap.
Stock price affected by AT trades at times, out of line with O trading.
