The board passed a resolution early in 2023 to be allowed to buy up to 10% of shares back.

Glad they didn't do this so far.....

Given we are on the 200DMA I’d say either we push through and swiftly head to high teens or we crash back down. It’s a close call to call given results imminent. I hope for positive signs so we head to high teens but really unsure how it plays out

I actually feel the cash will be higher based on January and February COVID sales before slowing sales. That’s if they offer an update since 31St December. My guess they will discuss current financial position on the balance sheet. I feel given Covid tests were fully paid it could be promising. We do need an insight into how they intend to grow new product sales as this is the key. More needed other than Boots. However I take today as a decent day but we are all in negative positions in MHC I guess

Sorry couldn't find it. Looking at the bullet highlights of last report ,however, it says : Cash balance at year end of £7.6m (2021: £6.4m) - whilst continuing to invest across the business for future growth.
● Strong cash position to ensure next growth phases remain self-funded
Those 2 statements to me {and others given, including every annual/update report strongly implies that MHC are striving to work with what they have got and will try to not give cash calls . I'm a simple guy, but it sort of smacks what Mercia might have told them .... ? If they are trying not to raise money it's unlikely to give it away imho anyway

Space, you're wrong do chill. They won't do buyback or divvi. The company needs all their cash to grow, so far with no rights issue, which has been always a surprise , they're in a bit of a race, so they could do with one .

I'd go along with your hopes of price rise though space, that would make £1.50-£2 a share.

Finally selling price moved up but would be nice if selling price moved to 12p. Decent results and forward statement and bingo. I guess I am hopeful

Tia I had given my prediction last week.

Everything results wise will be fantastic.

More cash
More.profit
More revenue

But share price will eventually be down.

They won't agree to dividend but will go for useless pointless wasteful buyback programme....I guess they have to spend the money somehow so why not flush it down the toilet on expensive buybacks

I sincerely hope km wrong

So why is the bottom line saying 11.25p which shows a wider spread. If the selling price rises it may cause more interest from people on the side lines

Strange I can’t get a live price for £1000 worth and selling price over 11.5p so why is the price not pushing upwards!

Also for MHC valuation estimate: In the wellness and testing market space in the UK, the forward P/E ratio can range from 20x to 40x, depending on the company's specific circumstances.

For a fully funded company in this space, a reasonable forward P/E ratio might be around 25x to 30x. This is based on the industry's growth potential, the company's financial performance, and the market's expectations.

Here are some UK-listed companies in the wellness and testing space, along with their current forward P/E ratios (based on available data):

Omega Diagnostics Group PLC (AIM: ODX): 25.4x
Genedrive PLC (AIM: GDR): 27.3x
Yourgene Health PLC (AIM: YGEN): 30.4x
Avacta Group PLC (AIM: AVCT): 34.6x

So who brave enough to call results and predictions!
Selling price rising!
Can Penny offer news to demonstrate confidence or will markets sell off any news!
My opinion is all positive up to 31st December. News on product traction and possible new revenue streams. Positive news on digital data but ultimately market is unpredictable.
A great opportunity for MHC to start a new growth chapter now it has demonstrated its ability to survive tough economic conditions such as inflation and high interest rates. Any growth in market cap will allow MHC with the ability to raise cash through paper and make acquisitions

Can AI be introduced by MHC who have invested a lot of capital into Digital Data. Has the time come to capitalise on a growing market!.

If MHC is able to convert Digital data into cash benefits them MHC could see revenue move north rapidly
