4 reasons I can think of Tia…

Revenue still massively skewed to Covid
Heavily reliant on one customer (Boots)
Very little communication from the company to excite investors
No understanding of how much traction Wellness testing is getting.

All that said, we have cash (although I suspect that will have fallen) and we are in a potentially great space with Wellness and digital patient records in focus at the moment. The Darzi report Thursday will be interesting.

Why MHC is so undervalued!
Look at caledon pharmaceutical (cel)

The company has no cash or profit.
Market cap 33m!

Shares rose over 30% on Friday

MHC
8m in the bank
Over 20 products
Investment in Digital Data
Expansion into over 200 more stores in 2024.
Positive News imminent!

Market cap 5m!



So CEL has a valuation 33m!!!
MHC has - valuation of 5m !!!

It’s not difficult to see why the AIM is purely a lottery ticket and not based on fundamentals

Last night I took time to look at the graph of MHC in more detail and you can’t help notice a long term downward trend!.

Then I looked at the 6 month chart and you can see by drawing a line from the two peaks from May until now we we recently pushed through rhe downward trend and we are currently sitting on the line. So that suggests we could be I say could be on a new support line.
Then when you do the same exercise and join the dots on the the way up from recent lows you see that they meet and cross any day soon.
My point is we could be at a critical time and the price could potentially break out because it recently tried earlier this week with a push passed 12p and pulled back a little.
It will be very interesting to see if it breaks to the upside or follows a slow decline. Either way it appears that next week could be interesting on the graph.

Especially if Penny gives the shares a boost with news!

What’s selling best in the shops is the sales online. HiV tests are in displays in stores so I guess they are doing well. Also it’s good to remember we are expanding the
Number of shops products are in from 750 to
950 I believe. This will definitely be a smart move if changes to the pharmacy first are made or phlebotomy testing etc

I’d say given that clearly have a deal to announce it likely they want to present to coincide with figures at the end of September. I think figures will be similar to last year. Covid sales may be a bit lighter than last year but the new tests will pick up some slack. Remember we also have a revenue line in the HIV tests with Newfoundland.

Hi Tia - yep, they only have to provide a half year report within three months of the period end, so in this case by end Sept. The point I was trying to make is that whilst is past years the report has been given in September, for the last 3 years it has been preceded by a trading update (either in July or August(. This year there has been no trading update.

Now, they don't need to give one. All they need to provide is the half year report. Its just odd that they haven't done one this year.

The selling price must be raised back above 11p to try and tempt sellers in my opinion. No one interested in selling below 11p really

I’ve actually had contact with someone within MHC who has stated they have until 31 September to provide update.

My guess is rhey are hoping to drop news prior to the update which could lift the price and then update which could trigger a continuation.
Remember after the deal announced and update Penny and the board have no excuses not to top up.

Without news at such low market cap to capital in the bank it’s way undervalued

Who knows what the deal might be Tia. I suppose the best indications came from the last Investor Meet Presentation, particularly from 31.15-32.06 when Penny explained she had to be tight lipped about things because of third party company situations, but that we were in a position to help multiple commercial partners, and Q2 in the Q&A wen she said that Phlebotomy services was one of the things they had been looking closely at but also one of the things she had to be tight lipped about.

So if I were to guess, I think this may well relate to phlebotomy testing and/or we perhaps have a new commercial customer. As an aside, I was in Tesco the other day and over the speakers was an invitation to go to their pharmacy was health tests).

It is interesting that we've had no recent trading update (as has been the case in previous years before the results), nor have we yet had notification of when the results will be. Everything does seem to be getting held back, I'm hoping because of some great news (now that I've stuck a bit in here!).

Wellness testing is all part of the biohacking market trend we are seeing at the moment, which is growing massively. Have a look!

News of deal required to raise interest in shares and increase liquidity as most people now holding for news and not willing to sell at these low prices.
News and a rise and people will sell shares creating a smaller spread.
Either way they have to update by 31st September and are in closed period.
Hopefully after this news will be out the way and Directors free to buy also

I agree with that but a deal must be deal that increased profit.

I feel a deal with testing in store is on the cards and I also believe the pharmacy first products could be increased to help relieve the burden on GPs etc. I truly believe the investment in digital data is significant.
Then I also keep thinking is a partnership or takeover of a company like Newfoundand possible given the retail contracts they are making. Newfoundland are a private company and would also benefit from a deal to buy out MHC so lots of twists and turns possible.
I’m shocked the share price isn’t reacting to the comments about exciting news coming.
Maybe they are
Waiting for update due imminently.

Tia - MHC knows the money is not in the LFT but in the more expensive test. I think this is where the new contracts will be about with Boots.

I wonder what the news could truly be.
If it turns out to be something big and share price jumps before we get a chance to jump in Penny can now say I told you so.

As you say they should want to get it out there.
The Market Makers are having a field day manipulating this one. It rose past 11p selling a few days ago and more buys than sells and the selling price has fallen slightly again.
Why all the unknown large trades over the last month.
This one could easily catch market makers out with news.
The question is when will the news drop.

And if a “really exciting” deal has been done, I can’t see why MHC wouldn’t want to announce it. Either there isn’t one (doubtful), it’s not yet signed (possible), or the other party has placed a restriction on announcements whilst it gets its ducks ina row (likely).

Tia interestingly the linkin post has now been deleted.I think the deal is quiet big and may involve several companies. This is why IMO it is taking time in making the announcement.

So they are raising the selling price to try and entice sellers. My personal opinion is either add more or hold what you’ve got until news. Someone clearly after them for some reason

So at the moment you can sell a decent amount @ just over 11p which indicates someone willing to pay for them.
The buying price is 11.88p which in my opinion is discouraging because of the spread. The fact we get large unknowns is suggesting someone trying to fill an order at just over 11p. Trying to entice weak sellers.
Penny recently said on linked in she had news to share but not ready just yet!.

Is MHC on a buyback mission and waiting for the orders to be filled before any RNS.
Just guessing by the way.
Why would MHC say they are excited about news etc. Surely you would get it out there.
All seems very strange in my opinion.
Even if you intended to sell you’d want to here the news they are excited about before selling surely

My money is on a phlebotomy testing agreement with Boots in store.
It could even be a deal with the pharmacy first and the government to extend the number of products allowed using Boots pharmacy. The reason I say this is because MHC have invested a lot of money into the Digital technology side which is what would be required to ensure data is secure etc.
Lastly it could be a surprise take over! Or merger with someone like New found land who already supply MHC products and are expanding into many retailers!.

All possibilities but one would guess that the recent large unknown transactions could play a role!.

It must be a very good deal MHC will have with Boots.Penny did say that she was not interested in other retailers unless there was a strategic relationship.I also hope MHC get a private health insurance on board at some stage.
