14/9/2009 08:56 | I might be talking through my hat here but I've always thought there was huge unexploited value in the Liberty name. Its an iconic symbol for upmarket taste - from fashion to furniture - just the sort of thing that can't be reinvented by our Asian brothers. But lack of cash seems to have prevented the marketing of this in any meaningful way previously. I personally think that, although any bids would enhance shareholder value in the short term,it would be tragic if this went too cheaply. But, I havn't had time to look at this in any detail and am speaking a lot from memory. So forgive if not all entirely accurate. | broadwood

14/9/2009 08:27 | Should get to 75p pretty quick, not a lot of stock about and a buyer.. just a no brainer IMHO. | oneeyedjack01
14/9/2009 08:12 | Chaps, this is worth a read. This is why the chinese want "things" not paper dollars. and part of the reason certain assets will go up. Thats why they are after this imho. | oneeyedjack01

11/9/2009 16:46 | Stock Shortage There are a lot of holders who have MWB at around the £1.00 to £2.00 mark, they are not going to budge at these levels. At about £1.00 then people who came in over the past few months will part withstock or at least some of it. My friend's holding stands him at above £2.00 so he is not going to sell. IMHO... | finess
11/9/2009 16:15 | Next week could see a big rise as lots of people cotton on to this imo | envirovision |
