Hi
This is still to cheap. Apart from anything else MWBE announced a 15p dividend and MWB holdings owns 70% so it must put 10p on the share price.
Sooner or later this will get a re-rating.

There are at least 9 covenant tests and these are detailed under the heading 'Loan covenants' in the preliminary report.

Anyone know what the debt to EBITDA covenant is here?

Results! Now we know the reason for the delay - renegotiating the bank agreements, now extended.

Adjusted NAV is 167p. This is at 31/12/08 since when the value of MBE shares has risen around 45%. However, the biggest factor in NAV is the valuation of the Hotel properties and how do you value those in today's market?

I suspect the higher net debt coupled with the uncertainty at the top end of the hotel market may limit the upside of the share price in the short term, but if the group can weather the current turmoil there is clearly tremendous long-term potential.

Good to see a healthy retrace and now to return to the upward path still far to cheap at 42p must be worth at least £1

I did, indeed, read the RNS and if you look at it carefully you will see that the director did not pick up any shares - merely shuffled the existing ones.

In the meanwhile LBE has reported today. I assumed that MWB results were waiting for LBE but still nothing. Strange.

Not true - directors are not allowed to deal in the period before results.

Debt is a killer. Budget will kill the rally this week probably so maybe best to take profits. I think MBE is a better one to go for.

Hi
I have said in previouse posts this share is way oversold and the last two days have proved me right.I think there is a lot further to go but we may have a few pull backs on the way.
