FYI the following are my notes from y'days EGM, may contain errors/omissions but may be of interest.

Antennas have made good progress with a large maunfacture in Europe and revs should flow thru this yr. Also have been selected by 2 other large companies for their products - 1 will be on a trial basis this yr (tho should still be significant), other will take longer as based on project milestones.

Mottech doing better than thought would when bought (both in terms of revs/costs and employee atmosphere.) Good flow of orders coming through and feel lots of growth potential (eg has wireless network over all of Tel Aviv so could offer additional control systems.)

RFID - Aeorflot is trialing them for a few flights from Moscow (still likely to be a while before takes off but not costing MWE much money.)

Happy with Allenby forecasts.

IMO @22.9p curr mrtk cap is ~ £12m vs est FCF from Allenby of ~$1.66m in '16 and $1.9m in '17 but also has ~ $5m of cash on BS. Does have high a/c recs but pays divi. If comp valued on 10-15x FCF + cash, could be worth ~£20m or ~70% above todays price. Comp talking to potential new insti investors but they want to only purchase large stakes and not much free stock available.

But it's also quite a competitive niche they're in. I can't help feeling at some point Mottech's attractive margins are going to shrink.

Have been doing some reading on Mottech's industry; yes on paper seems a nice little business that could scale up quite cheaply.

I also don't see a takeover except in the medium term once the sp's had chance to correct upwards significantly.

It's highly unlikely there'll be a takeover, in view of the dominant holding of directors.

I think 25p looks achievable and 30p on any further good news. There might be stake building ahead of a takeover which would be North of 40p.

It'll be interesting to see whether the share price settles around 19.5p or if there might be positive news sufficient to drive more progress.
