03/2/2016 15:53 | But in fairness look how strongly it's risen over recent weeks. Such runs always halt, or at least pause for breath until there's overt reason to continue. | spaceparallax

01/2/2016 11:52 | Momentum buyers buy on momentume. So it wouldn't be a surprise if some of the new investors here were attracted by a rising share price. In my view, however, these are still undervalued if you take into account trading prospects and assets. The Mottech acquistion has added the prospect of rising earnings to the then existing very attractive asset postion and decent company culture. | cjohn
01/2/2016 11:38 | So are the shares being driven by momentum investing? | 049balt
01/2/2016 11:29 | There has been no significant upgrade. Nor is there any new news about Mottech. There is unlikely to be a takeover in the offing, given the percentage holding of the directors. For several years these were valued at a fraction of cash and freehold property and could be bought for mid single digits. At that point, most of the comment on here was of the ilk that the directors were crooked and had ripped off investors and the company was doomed. Very good to see that a rising share price has put paid to all such idiocy - and produced some florid optimism. | cjohn
01/2/2016 10:26 | There must be a significant upgrade for such a re rating to occur. | 049balt
01/2/2016 09:19 | hxxp://allenbycapita | muffster
29/1/2016 13:05 | Well Allenby fair value is 30p | muffster
29/1/2016 10:56 | I'm not so sure that there's anything significant driving it over and above the fact that a) MWE has always been grossly undervalued cf NAV b) the acquisition of Mottech has really injected life into the balance sheet that's offering the growth potential perceived to be missing in recent years. | spaceparallax
28/1/2016 16:28 | Yes, I feel there is something significant behind the buying. | 049balt
28/1/2016 14:37 | Could be news due about growth or takeover approach. Has been a steep trajectory this week on much higher volume. | muffster
28/1/2016 14:14 | I am surprise at the amount of interest there is in MWE, this could get a very interesting story over the next year, | 049balt |
