I’m reading between the lines…the Russian arm of the business equates to 20-25% of total profits (management stated that’s £6m per year). Without the Russian income profit will be £18m - £24m. That’s more than the £15m profit we were anticipating. We’ve also got the new online markets to come so I’m actually pretty confident. This has been way oversold over the last few weeks. Looking forward to an update.

I think Seraphine's problems are not a read across for MTC. The MTC shareprice has weakened a bit recently before today as the regular buyer at 19p disappeared. MTC is the most Russia-linked stock in my portfolio.

Virtually no shares get traded each day. Spread is over 8% at present. Company don't like updates. Maybe just keeping their heads down until they have something good to report. Let's hope it's that anyway

Details on future strategy is coming soon, hopefully any day now. Should be info on penetrating lots more markets around the world so lots more revenue to be had.

Applied - if a company has 25 percent of shares it may block others from passing special resolutions If a company acquired 30 percent then it can formally make a mandatory bidIf they acquire 51 percent then they have a majority shareholding and have control of the company

Am i right in thinking if 30% is reached a formal bid has to occur?
