With regards to the warrants, looks like all the 0.025p ones will be exhausted soon ( possibly already finished the week just ended) next batch are set at 0.07p and then 0.15p

The market cap today is a tenth of HE1 . I bought a decent position in he1 after the recent placing but yesterday sold down to just 500k shares left as my target was to sell most about 1p. Bought more here and in matd.

Been building a position over last 4 weeks here and now hold over 50 million shares .

Looking at msmn Oz projects EP145 and EP155 each has a similar if not better prospect to he1 Rukwa with over $10 billion in situ resource value of helium, hydrogen and natural gas.

Then add the 10% interest in Vecta helium project in Colorado ( 5 wells to be drilled there before Xmas) and the oil and gas projects and production.

Andy Carroll is proving to be a good ceo too since he took over 5 months ago.

This should be a lot higher than the current £6 million market

Every other Helium stock is flying accept MSMN. Too many warrants issued. All they've done is issued endless warrants for placings but the outcome is exactly the same. Any little rise is forward sold into by the warrant holders.

Yes just over 1 billion left at 0.025p. But can't see this breaking 0.05p until those warrants are cleared

Yes and they're up 13% or more on it? People seem really happy with them raising funds this way.
Not many of the 0.025's left now, maybe a billion then its onto the 0.07's and the 0.15's.
Share consolidation after wouldn't hurt though imho.

first pig sitting expected here or even lower around 0.025. need time to disolve 2BILLION shares on 0.025 which is equal about 18-20% dilution to the existing shareholders I am afraid. today again 5£ worth of buy manipulated the price up.

Looking at the chart it won't be long before the 0.07p warrants come into play.
Half a billion of them and then another half billion at 015p. Going to be a pig sitting at 0.2p whilst those clear.

Only just over the 2B at 0.25p though think you're lumping the 0.07's and 0.15's in with them to get your 3 B?

Looks like only last minute few limit order on higher price (or trade212 trades which is anyway higher price) kept the price up. Anyway is 0.039 plus the 0.025 few hundred million dilution coming next Monday.

From lse they still have over 3 billion warrants at 0.025p outstanding. Could see 0.03p here if conversion continues at this pace.
