That's because we've seen it all before in many different guises. It normally comes to nothing but is soon followed by a discounted placing and the merry-go-round keeps on turning. One day the template might change but for the time being the influencers/promoters/rampers will do their thing.

AfzalValli bought 10% of the company and then pumped it for months some time ago. He failed to get any movement from the stock and then sold his entire holding claiming it was due to ill health. Anyone with a brain who looked in on his twitter account at the same time could see that he was still actively promoting (ramping) other stocks. Disingenuous I would say. He's taken up the mantle of mosman promoter again, let's hope it's not just more smoke and hot air.
