Is this engineer self employed? Is the engineer the only engineer in the state capable of doing the work? Get on with it mosman and give us a bloody reserve report!

Agreed, more to the point is they're being carried through to drill on a mammoth project (for MSMN) which if successful will also add value to their non farmed out project EP145.

I think you'll find that they tried to ipo in 2021 as well but it's neither here nor there.

Georgina mentioned their listing efforts in their recent podcast.


Apparently they formed the co. in 2019 and wanted to list on the LSE but rules were they had to be a £50M cap co. so they backed off and the upcoming AIM listing is their first attempt since.

Under the terms of the farmout, GE may earn a 75% working interest and become operator of the permit. At the time of drilling a well, GE may elect to carry Mosman through the cost of the well and in that case would earn a further 15% working interest leaving Mosman with a 10 per cent. retained working interest (Mosman notes that there was an error in the 11 May 2020 Announcement which incorrectly noted that GE's initial interest would be 70 per cent. and that Mosman would retain a 15 per cent. interest).

If all hopes for mosman rely on GE and its ability to drill for helium etc then it pays to do a little back reading. You'd question why some of the bigger players didn't snap up the opportunity of a jv for such a paltry up front fee? GE have been trying to get off the ground with an ipo since 2019. There may well be some short-term uplift in the share price of mosman but its not guaranteed. More's the pity!

Farmout of Amadeus permit EPA 155



Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development and production company, is pleased to announce that it has agreed the terms of a farmout of the EP 155 permit application in Australia.



Mosman owns one granted permit (EP 145) and one application (EPA 155) in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory of Australia.



Mosman has entered in to a Farmout Agreement with an Australian company (the "Farminee") Westmarket Oil & Gas Pty Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of unlisted public company Georgina Energy Plc, a helium focused business with various assets in Australia. The Farminee will be responsible for Native Title negotiations required for the permit to be granted.



The Farminee will also undertake technical work in accordance with the permit work programme, and thereby earn a 70% working interest and become operator of the permit. Mosman will retain a 30% working interest in the permit. At the time of drilling of a well, the Farminee may elect to carry Mosman through the cost of the well and in that case would earn a further 15% working interest, in this scenario Mosman would retain a 15% working interest in the permit.

The EP 155 Mt Winter Project, in the Northern Amadeus Basin, Northern Territory of Australia is considered by independent consultants to be one of the potentially most valuable Hydrogen, Helium and natural gas prospects in Australia.

The property is held by AIM listed Mosman Oil Gas Plc and Westmarket Oil Gas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Georgina Energy Plc, via a formal Farm-in agreement has rights to earn up to a 90% working interest with Operatorship.
