SH, ditto as above. The filter option is fantastic although I've only got classic car on it. Can't seem to put spary on filter as she can be mildly amusing at times.
You're right of course, spary has ramped this for years, completely disingenuous. Not sure I'd put classic car in the same ball park as not only does he not ramp but he has nothing really to say. There are some interesting posts over on lse but nothing really that we haven't alluded to here.

Stock hunters,

No point engaging with folk who were either a) ramping this stock at 10p+++ or b) folk who were happy chilled and relaxed @ 0.2p.

The share price is where it is for good reason.

Obviously that will attract more pond life blathering on about what a bargain it is.

Didn't stop one holder with 10% of the firm exiting left.

also regarding holdings you have to notify every 1% up or down aim rules have been broken I guess so many rules get broken no one really pays attention anymore

All the ramping in the world by AfzalValli couldn't get this to move. The fact that he has sold his entire holding in the company speaks volumes. Ill health or not he sold out yet it's only a change in investment strategy......... For all the potential he implied (multiple times per day) you'd have thought he could have held on until he was proved right?

either sold to another buyer i.e transfer or he started selling months ago and only declared yesterday if so that is against aim rules

The volume indicates that 370m shares could not have been sold in the open market over the past few weeks.You don't need to announce each 1% if each 1% isn't sold.The shares could have been sold in block (one or two buyers) but a second rns would be needed to confirm this.

Did anyone notice the new blogging on Georgina Energy.

Amazing that some people think that will result in drilling in 2022.

155 is still an application, it is not a granted permit like 145 which Mosman kept.
the steps to turn an application into a permit seem to take lots of time.
When that is done you need to deal with the CLC, and as Mosman has just encountered, they seem to change their mind whenever they feel like it.
I am very happy for Georgina to do all of that work at no cost to Mosman.

you are correct, every movement of 1% or more needs reporting by him to the Company and AIM.

Not sure what Mosman can actually do is the rules are not followed by a shareholder. Personally I doubt it is anything more than a slap on the wrist by the relevant authority.

SH, I can't say for certain but I think the rules are slightly different between the ftse and aim. It does seem strange that he offloaded his entire holding (10% of the company) and we didn't find out until it was completed. Good luck to him though, in changing his investment strategy ;-)

244 i do not understand how cna you go from 10% to 0% without notifying on the way down and without effecting the shareprice much

if he sold very slowly over the months then by aim rules he should have notified every 1% change
