you are correct, every movement of 1% or more needs reporting by him to the Company and AIM.

Not sure what Mosman can actually do is the rules are not followed by a shareholder. Personally I doubt it is anything more than a slap on the wrist by the relevant authority.

SH, I can't say for certain but I think the rules are slightly different between the ftse and aim. It does seem strange that he offloaded his entire holding (10% of the company) and we didn't find out until it was completed. Good luck to him though, in changing his investment strategy ;-)

if he sold very slowly over the months then by aim rules he should have notified every 1% change

AfzalValli has sold his entire holding. If the reason (as stated) is ill health, then I wish him well.
Shame that all his ramping did nothing for the share price but his ill health has forced him to re-evaluate his portfolio of shares and concentrate his efforts in a different way.

looking back on it, it has been icnredible the amount of senseless ramping

remember when falcon was getting ramped as the company maker then galaxie was getting ramped super hard as company maker then ep145 was getting ramped as company maker of back of he1 but then that failed miserably aswell

The history of this share, and long term share price trend is plain to see.

The share price sits where it does today for good reason.
