29/4/2021 14:34 | Doesn’t matter. Helium is in a global supply crunch scenario. Any licences are worth a fortune. | saw89
29/4/2021 14:31 | In order for it to become a gas play with the chance of other hydrocarbons, including helium, requires a number of steps, including finding a partner with deep pockets. No guarantee that it will ever be drilled at all. | bulgarian
29/4/2021 14:26 | Far too cheap for a Helium play | saw89
29/4/2021 14:24 | EP145 is the exploration permit where they will be hopefully starting exploration work this year - seismic processing, the number of sq km escapes me for now. Will they be drilling for gas & the hope of some helium this year? Highly unlikely. Is the drilling of EP145 fully funded - hahahaha no chance. Hence the fact they have been after a partner with deep pockets & more importantly the expertise for YEARS, without success. | bulgarian
29/4/2021 14:19 | They raised £1.5m in March to progress EP145. They won't be drilling though as they need to do seismic and survey work which is what the £1.5m is for. They will need a lot more cash before drilling if going it alone. | whoppy
29/4/2021 14:17 | Look at the terms of ep145 folks, that's the area in question. They were granted an extension to the required works programme up to 21 August 21. They've been unable to attract a JV partner and so have to go it alone. I'd think it unlikely they'd get another extension. | 244dk
29/4/2021 14:09 | stockhunters - Not seen any clause. Extract from RNS 11th May 2020. Farmout of Amadeus permit EPA 155 Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development and production company, is pleased to announce that it has agreed the terms of a farmout of the EP 155 permit application in Australia. Mosman owns one granted permit (EP 145) and one application (EPA 155) in the Amadeus Basin in the Northern Territory of Australia. Mosman has entered in to a Farmout Agreement with an Australian company (the "Farminee") Westmarket Oil & Gas Pty Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of unlisted public company Georgina Energy Plc, a helium focused business with various assets in Australia. The Farminee will be responsible for Native Title negotiations required for the permit to be granted. The Farminee will also undertake technical work in accordance with the permit work programme, and thereby earn a 70% working interest and become operator of the permit. Mosman will retain a 30% working interest in the permit. At the time of drilling of a well, the Farminee may elect to carry Mosman through the cost of the well and in that case would earn a further 15% working interest, in this scenario Mosman would retain a 15% working interest in the permit. In addition to the forward work programme obligations set out above, Mosman will receive an immediate contribution of A$15,000 from the Farminee in consideration for past costs and a further A$15,000 following completion of the required seismic re-processing work. | whoppy
29/4/2021 14:06 | It's not a play it's a disgrace of a company There is the 1st 10m dump from monecor | richardp19

29/4/2021 14:02 | whoppy there is a clause right? they have to start work or drill before June or potentially lose licence? | stockhunters
29/4/2021 14:00 | Delusional!! | 244dk
29/4/2021 13:58 | No drilling happening in June. Delays in Australia due to Covid. Lots of title work to do on the licence with the Aborigenies. Mosman holds 30% in the licence EP155, reducing to 15% if the partner ever gets to drilling. | whoppy
29/4/2021 13:57 | Any Helium asset is hot property right now ... | saw89

29/4/2021 13:38 | Work starts in June on EP145 helium license which they are funded for. Should only push this higher imo. Could be a great few days and weeks here. Very cheap | saw89
