23/3/2021 16:43 | directors should be the only reason to invest | stockhunters
23/3/2021 16:25 | Let's hope he wasn't relying on Falcon1 being a game changer, or Galaxie1 being drilled by the end of last year, or "at least one drill" every quarter of this year. Must be time for a projection of whats happening in Q2 though, it's only a week from now. Good luck to him with his investment. | 244dk
23/3/2021 14:35 | Afzal Valli is a big fan of Mosman. Worth a follow on Twitter as he has made a number of decent calls recently. He gets in early and below the radar. Think he holds about £460K worth of shares currently which is a huge amount for a PI. | dougy1
23/3/2021 14:23 | Looks like someone has taken an even bigger % in mosman, you looking very stupid SH | spary1
23/3/2021 14:21 | I have called you out as a paid for troll, you can’t give any other reason for being here. Ps you disingenuous clown, you said placing for drilling USA even though they have the cash for next drill as that’s what the previously placing was for, not for seismic in OZ. Might start phoning around the circuses as clearly one missing it’s clown | spary1
23/3/2021 14:02 | spary you keep name calling me | stockhunters
23/3/2021 13:25 | SH you fail again | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 13:20 | I ask again, what are your suggested alternatives | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 11:15 | now is this still good? | stockhunters
23/3/2021 10:49 | I'm very sure the placing doesn't include drilling. A bit misleading to suggest in the rns that it does. Just a typo though, perhaps, maybe? | 244dk
23/3/2021 09:57 | so back to the real question SH you say you are not happy with the placing. WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE? | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:54 | This is straight from the RNS no drilling mentioned in the use of funds The Placing will fund all the following work planned for 2021. It does not include drilling wells. • Airborne gravity survey in June 2021 to provide more detail regarding the deep geology in the permit, in particular the presence and distribution of salt deposits that provide the seal for helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons. • The processing and interpretation of gravity data and updating the geological model. • The acquisition of seismic in September/October 2021 aimed at defining a drilling prospect. • The processing and interpretation of seismic data November/December 2021. • Planning and long lead items for drilling. | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:48 | I am sure it does NOT include drilling. seismic alone will be over a million dollars i guess. this project is in the middle of Australia and it will not be cheap to explore | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:45 | SH, if you read the rns from last weeks placing it contradicts itself. Firstly it says the £1.5m doesn't include drilling and yet further into the rns it says it does. I'm sure FF can shed some illumination though? | 244dk
23/3/2021 09:41 | what do you suggest they do, give up? raise 10 m extra to drill? come clever boy give an answer | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:41 | what do you suggest they do, give up? raise 10 m extra to drill? come clever boy give an answer | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:38 | so how should they solve that problem? | ford fairlane
23/3/2021 09:29 | 244 what exactly does this mean in the recent rns? | stockhunters
23/3/2021 08:57 | Details of the Fundraising To fund the exploration programme and drilling at EP-145, the Company has raised £1.5m (before expenses) by way of a placing of 1,000,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Placing Shares") through the company's broker Monecor (London) Ltd, trading as ETX Capital, at a placing price of 0.15p per share (the "Placing Price") (the "Placing"). Investors are also receiving a one for two warrant exercisable at a price of 0.25p with a term of 24 months (the "Placing Warrants"). I guess that means no further placing in regards to EP145? Totally contradicts the statement of not including drilling costs made earlier via the same rns. Put me right FF. | 244dk
23/3/2021 01:39 | I noticed this comment made by SH if they treat shareholders fairly my attitude will change but from last weeks placing nothing has changed what does that mean? It was a placing to explored the ground in central australia. what is the alternative given not decent JV was proposed? | ford fairlane
22/3/2021 17:50 | I've never really thought much of there us oil business but its an earner i guess, the helium tho is very interesting. Tiny cap too. As for warrants they don't come into the money until the share price is past 0.25 so theres more than 60% on offer until they are even an issue. Worth a go just for that and if they manage something with the Helium all bets are off. | searcher0
22/3/2021 15:55 | have a good day see ya | stockhunters
22/3/2021 14:27 | No you haven’t you deceitful liar, you said placing for USA drilling not moving the OZ permit so wind your neck in. Getting the seismic sorted will add value to the permit, makes it way easier for a JV Only have to look how Central attracted Santos and retain 30% of drill and a free carry. Ps you own no shares here so clearly being paid to cause mischief, as FF says you are being paid, bigger hardon now it’s for Oz, hmmmm I wonder . | spary1 |
