Seems a lot of stocks in the anticipation of a recession, are being priced down near a p/e of 10 regardless. The Buyagift acquisition was only 3x revenue.

Maybe worries about the effect of increased finance costs on the £175mln term loan. £9mln in costs last time - interest rates have gone up a fair bit since finals.

Blackrock have reduced stake, Liontrust upped theirs.
