Interesting where the majors are targetting capex, as per Bloomberg last week
copper top of the list.

Lots of copper here and potentially much more to come but the whole sector is under a cloud especially where funding issues loom. Looking cheap but timing is everything.

Good point I didn't know that. But seems to me it's also aligning with Oz, where the share price is languishing at A$ 0.23 probably because its no secret they've got to raise money after the BFS and who knows what the market will look like then.

Maybe it's dropping because nobody can buy it.

Hargreaves do not recognize it and iii refuse to deal it in the ISA

So might explain lack of buying

Valuation: Undervalued even at our base case

We value MOD at a price of £0.39 (A$0.64) per share using a SOTP valuation for the T3 deposit and other early-stage projects. This provides an upside of 117% on the current share price. T3 has a very low capital intensity compared to other projects and an all-in sustaining cost in the bottom 35% of global copper projects. We believe MOD offers attractive exposure to a commodity with attractive supply-demand fundamentals over the mid to long term.

MOD Resources (MOD LN) 18p, Mkt Cap £44.7m –Botswana licence renewals

MOD Resources reports the renewal of all its prospecting licences in Botswana, ahead of schedule, for a further two year period as well as the issue of an additional three year prospecting licence giving the company’s local subsidiary Tshukudu Exploration control of 8,163km2 of the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana.
Maps available on the company’s website appear to show that the new licence, PL093/2018, infills a gap in the company’s pre-existing licence coverage located to the west of the T23 area currently being explored with promising initial drilling results.
Today’s announcement also confirms that the all of the licences held within the 70:30 joint venture with Metal Tiger plc have all now been transferred to Tshukudu Exploration as previously announced.
Commenting on the licence extensions, Managing Director, Julian Hanna said “The extension of our prospecting licences is a major milestone for MOD Resources as we explore and potentially develop the many copper targets on our extensive licence holdings. Recent exploration has been very successful with copper found in almost every drill hole across the previously under-explored Central Structural Corridor within this highly prospective region.”
Conclusion: The extensions to the prospecting licences provide MOD Resources with the guaranteed tenure to continue its exploration of the Kalahari Copper Belt where it has already identified and is currently working on the feasibility study to develop the T3 deposit, and is making new discoveries in the vicinity of the T23 and A4 domes

Surprised that with MTR & MOD no one is here posting about the RNS yesterday? Perhaps everyone and their dogs are just selling out?

Maybe in light of all of this KAV who are also in Botswana might be worth a look see?

Anyone following this should also have a look at Phoenix Global Mining (PGM).Probably about 6 months behind MOD but their recent drilling results have been spectacular and they're based in the joint-top jurisdiction for mining in the world.Currently below the radar with market cap currently below £10 million but it won't stay like that for long. Both MOD and PGM are great prospects.

Thanks for starting this up Paleje.

Not much excitement today and not much trading with that spread.

Hopefully plenty of excitement in the future.

This might be of interest for any new investors.

JR - it's not just IVE and PTR, but others where I have an interest, some of which I may not post to, but follow neverthless. And, then of course, there are my other threads, where I haven't had the pleasure of your company, to consider.

As far as other moderators are concerned, there is no collusion to exclude you on my part. The problem just seems to be your somewhat irritating style of posting. Perhaps you could reflect on this.

Anyway, I've just watched England beat Germany and, on reading your post above, I'm inclined to feel sorry for you. Maybe EEL and UEN will come good for you. Personally, I haven't researched them. Good luck. You're off the hook. Please don't disappoint me.
