Market never ceases to amaze and intrigue me. I assume the stock had become infected with short-term traders looking for the next trading quick-fix. As they exit in next few days a clear opportunity for the longer term investor should be revealed.
There must be a huge number of company owners/directors wishing they could be coming up with figures like this just now.

Yes but the majority shareholders would not be selling at anywhere near these levels in my opinion! We are so far down due to weak holders bailing and moving the price due to the low free float of shares.

Net cash is £2.5m so for £12m-£13m you can acquire a company with £250-£300m turnover. If a bigger corp. takes this over they can easily cut cost and the deal will pay for itself in next to no time whilst at the same time increase customers numbers o their accounts.

Of course it looks cheap on fundamentals. I'm wondering why - rather than just assuming that the market is being irrational.

But it is still a company that is growing, made £1m profit in 6 months and has GBP4.52 million in cash/equivalents and has a market cap of £15m??

'Nothing wrong with these figures'. Really?

What is wrong with these figures is that revenue is up by a little under £11m, but cost of sales is up by a little over £11m, resulting in slightly lower gross margin and gross profit.

I have no idea why the company was not able to grow revenue profitably during this period, but one very plausible possibility is that increased competition in its markets is causing margins to erode. If so that would go a long way to explain the fall in the share price over the past few months.

I compare this to many other AIM stocks, with massive debts, loss making and little revenue yet their market caps are multiple of this.

A little bit disappointing but on the back of tough comparatives. Would hope that a growth company is breaking into double digits top and bottom line (depending on the investment for growth). Makes the PE more reasonable tbh. But if the new streams kick on in H2 then we’ll see that growth again. Just gotta hold on that they do deliver.

They are not bad results, but it looks like growth has stalled compared to the interims from last year. Revenue is up, but so are cost of sales, so gross and net profit flat.

Looks like we need to wait for the Mastercard and SWIFT transactions to drive further growth and hopefully better margins?

It is still a cheap stock, on a p/e of less than 10 (with net cash in bank too) but the lack of growth in this 6 month period is a little underwhelming do you not think?

I don't see any reason for the value of the company to fall off the back of these results but, it seems traders are programmed to sell on Results

Cash in hand is down by the same sum that debt is down & could be debt free after the FY, if they prioritise debt repayment.

They paid £144k Interest for H1 2019 … now down to £58k for H1 2021

Nothing wrong with these figures.

Quite incredible to see that H1 2021 Revs are now slightly greater than total Revs for the entirety of 2018, that Op. Profit in H1 2021 is four times greater than the entirety of 2018 & the Cash Generated in H1 2021 is double that generated for the entirety of 2018.

Rest of the MM's lined up like they have no idea what the next move might be.
There's no forecasts or coverage for the company whatsoever - it's all a magical mystery tour :-)
