I don't .. just putting two and two together, based on order book and proximity to news.

Last year they pre-warned well in advance that both FY19 and Interim20 Results would be delayed due to covid.

This year they only pre-advised that the FY20 Results would be so delayed. I suppose does not guarantee anything as they could reasonably & rightly issue a delay on Thursday but, I suspect, given their UK application, they will be keen to do everything possible 'by the book'.
We'll soon learn what's what & some good results should help clear this seller

Watching this one with interest, I know there's a seller, maybe a deceased ex holder with a sizable position but that's certainly created an opportunity here. Still waiting and watching. H1 Results soon.

Another 5k for me, little but often, overweight but hopeful.

They've got two day's left to put out the H1 results (or to announce that they're using the one month Covid extension)

I have been investing for many years thank you. I always take a longer view but the performance here recently is not great. The spike was not good for anyone as it was all down to traders and not investors which hasn't helped here. A slow steady rise would have been better. Hopefully the next news will see this move up and not down.

I presume you were on the wrong side of the spike then and looking to get out. Think about investing and whether it really is for you. Take a longer term view. This is only going one way in my view

I don't know about £2 valuations . I'd happily take 30p at the moment. I thought after yesterday we might see a rise today not a fall back to 18p !

The AGM is on 13th October. Last year the interims coincided with the AGM on the 22nd. It doesn’t have to coincide but it may well do so again. Can’t wait!

pre-pandemic, the Interims were usually out 3rd / 4th week September.
Last year that came out 3rd week October

Basically, any time between now and end October seems most likely :-)

Think the interims will be of real interest - when do these generally come out?

KS, if/as/when they get to £10m P after Tax, the shares will be changing hands for far more than £2, imo

BR, I have an ambitious target of around £2 a share here. Might sound crazy, but I think if we can get to around £10m profit after tax and be showing continued growth potential still, it would warrant £200m market cap.

The new business areas (SWIFT, Mastercard, etc) I think will give us increasing scale, and hopefully higher margins - then it will not take much to shoot net profits up to that kind of level?

Hi King

My bad, first time, I am told I have jinxed a shs. 😂

I think we are looking too much at it. The result was yesterday.

You can see the quick rapid sells of 5000 shs (EMS) was an indication an Institution is in the background keeping lit on it. So I took off with 1p loss at 18p.

The first time I picked this was sub-4p-5p. But, as Mattjos stated, people are holding from that price range or even lower

It'll come. Tops are usually 'events', bottoms are processes that take a bit of time to build out.
