New CEx being tested by Covid19. Seems to be taking a sensible approach to furloughing etc.

Should do better in the longer term and when house builders rise, should follow them up. Could be a while yet however in current circumstances.

I've been watching it along with others house builders but atm it's not looking as attractive and any of the others.

Looking solid. Build division making solid progress but should benefit further from improved business and political climate as this year progresses. Strategic land sales were expected to be second half weighted, looks as thought there is a lot going on with strategic land both in terms of second half sales and recent land acquisitions.

Great company Gleeson. Great niche within its sector, steady earnings growth accompanied by the all important strong balance sheet equity growth. Cheaply priced, I like everything about Gleeson.

The other house builders are moving ahead this morning very strongly, following yesterday' s good update from BDEV.

The best of all the House builders as they ended 1.6 to 2.6% down

Share price a bit weak this morning, mainly to market makers manipulation on house builders today, but slowly the order book is working back to normal considering the buys(O) trades were the ones are counting as the day goes on.

Investors Chronicle:

MJ Gleeson (GLE) reported its largest annual volume growth for the year to June 30, selling 1,529, up a quarter on the prior year. The pipeline of owned and conditionally purchased plots rose 5.6 per cent to 13,575 plots. Gleeson Strategic Land sold nine land interests with the potential to deliver 1,755 plots for housing development.
