Mitie Group plc (LSE: MTO) ("Mitie") confirms that, as disclosed at its full-year results publication in June 2019, it will no longer be issuing pre-close statements. Instead, it will be providing updates for Q1 at the AGM and Q3 in January. This is in addition to Mitie reporting H1 results in November and full-year results in June.

H1 19/20 results are scheduled for publication on 21 November 2019.
