The Mission Marketing Group plc ("the Company" or "themission", AIM: TMMG), the marketing communications and advertising group, announces that it was today informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT sold 650,000 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 48 pence per share, on 21 May 2018.

Following this sale, a total of 752,367 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
