06/6/2014 16:04 | Should be a late cycle play on a strengthening economy. I jumped in a couple of weeks ago following IC comment. Still highly geared, but it seemed to me plenty of scope for cash flow and reducing the cost of the fince through restructured borrowings late 2014/early 2015 | 18bt
06/6/2014 15:18 | I am almost 100% up on these (bought at 26p). My best performing share for some years - or at least the one that I didn't sell out too early. I don't think that 60p here would be unreasonable if the next results meet the target. Good company with room to expand. | dr biotech
06/6/2014 15:10 | I know of one trader who has that style of trading, sicknote. | battlebus2
06/6/2014 14:51 | Well, its not mentioned in the IC today, which was the obvious choice of publications it could have been tipped in. Are you thinking of any resident advfn experts, Battlebus? Worth baring in mind that SCSW is out tomorrow tho.... Decided to jump in and top my holding up here on the strength of the share price | cfro
06/6/2014 14:25 | Those trades remind me of someone :)) | battlebus2
06/6/2014 14:00 | I wondered the same thing fillipe, all 5000 and 3000 buys today, so looks like they have been mentioned somewhere. Nice looking break out today. | interceptor2
06/6/2014 11:45 | Rising....I'm guessing that their in today's IC...?? My copy not yet arrived. 2015 eps still forecast at 5.7p and 60p tp. 2015 sales forecast at £140m.....current mkt cap is £37m. Plain sailing here f | fillipe
07/5/2014 08:04 | Business demand in Asia, with a new office opened and trading in Singapore. | interceptor2
05/4/2014 18:42 | As above, I have always liked reading your posts battlebus. Researched a number of your ideas and from your postings on other threads I know that we are in a couple of the same companies. I am learning my way in the investing world and posters such as yourself have definitely helped my education. Good luck. | rp19
05/4/2014 16:40 | Thanks cfro for your comments i had no idea how much my odd comments and stock picks would be missed and how many would take time to email the same. The investment community including yourself and IC2 are indeed a great bunch. Very true cfro also with the likes of BYOT and a few others that will take time. I do have a separate dividend portfolio which i will be keeping though it's rarely traded but as you say i may trade on a small scale again at some point but for now it's time for a break. | battlebus2
05/4/2014 14:18 | Oh, thats sad news BB2. Shame you will be leaving us. May i ask why you are liquidating your 'whole' portfolio?......as im sure your portfolio is plenty big enough to be able to provide you (and family) with a comfortable living, and still invest....even if it is on small scale basis. ...But i suppose if you are in SPL and waiting for that port to built, you will be around for quite a few years yet!! ;-) | cfro
05/4/2014 10:17 | Thanks for your comments IC2, I'm slowly selling up but it's going to take a few years to see some of my holding through if that makes any sense to you, so I'll still be around but to a lesser degree and at this stage I don't envisage buying anything new. | battlebus2
04/4/2014 23:56 | Thanks battlebus, I didn't know you were liquidating your portfolio, you will be missed, I hope you enjoy your rest and hope it isn't too long. | interceptor2
04/4/2014 22:27 | Good luck to all holders here as I've sold out as part of my on going portfolio liquidation. I plan to take a back seat in share trading etc for a while. | battlebus2
01/4/2014 20:11 | It does not take much volume here to lift the price! I think the share price is well placed to motor onwards from here, having taken a breather. | rodrod1
01/4/2014 18:32 | Yep good to see lost ground being regained :)) | battlebus2
01/4/2014 11:23 | Looks like it is starting to sink in that H2 numbers were much better than H1 and that the outlook statement suggests the improvement will continue. | aleman
29/3/2014 15:47 | Mentioned in this weeks Chronic Investor: Shares in Mission Marketing fell 9% upon the release of these results, possibly reflecting some profit taking. But they're still well up on our recent buy tip. We continue to expect the UK economic recovery to boost the cyclical advertising market this year, leading to a substantial re-rating of Missions shares from their current multiple of just eight times forward earnings.BUY | cfro
27/3/2014 16:24 | Analysts at FinnCap raised their price objective on shares of The Mission Marketing Group plc (LON:TMMG) from GBX 50 ($0.82) to GBX 60 ($0.99) in a research report issued to clients and investors on Tuesday | aleman
26/3/2014 12:30 | FinnCap 25/03/14 Year PTP EPS DPS 2014 5.50 5.10 1.10 2015 6.00 5.70 1.20 I'm a bit disappointed with the forecast but TMMG still look good value on these. | aleman
25/3/2014 16:28 | Typical sell on news reaction. Seen it alot lately. Market makers are fully aware of opportunities like this to balance their books. Worth bearing in mind that moves of 8-10% a day, both up and down, are quite common in this stock. | cfro
25/3/2014 15:04 | Creston also undervalued in this sector with minimal debt and decent divi. I hold both. | deanowls
25/3/2014 14:46 | Bit of selling on results, but I really think these should be around double this price sooner or later. Added. | stegrego
25/3/2014 10:49 | Fair point about the EPS, it depends which figures you choose. I am not sure which Finncap refer to either. They seem to be heading in the right direction - these are my best performing shares over the last year and whilst I have sold a few today I intend to hold the rest for some time. | dr biotech
25/3/2014 09:52 | Undiluted was 4.82p after 1.63p at the interims - so H2 3.19p. Last year was 4.91p after 2.17p - so 2.74p in H2. Basic EPS were up 16% in H2. Diluted EPS were 4.45p after 1.51p - so H2 2.94p. Last year was 4.54p after 2.03p - so 2.51p in H2. Diluted EPS were up 17% in H2. Hopefully, we could see some pretty decent growth in EPS in the forecasts and a multiple more like the sector average applied to it. The main comment was "Early signs for 2014 are very positive." It's not inconceivable that H1 could be 2.5p-3p and H2 about 3.5p, so 6-6.5p for the year. (Forecast pre-results was 5.4p.) Put a more typical sector rating on that and you get 90-100p. I'm not suggesting that these will fly to 100p. I'm just suggesting that there was good news on trading in H2 if you dig through the numbers and the outlook comment was good. It might be a better idea to await forecasts than to sell on the headline numbers. Given good historic growth in H2 that is backed up well by underlying cashflow numbers, a return of the dividend, and a good outlook statement from a company in a growth industry that should have a growth rating, I think we really should be moving up from here. I'm certainly seeing the results very favourably and my next step is to have a look a the chart and see what the upward targets might be. | aleman |
