goblin don't leave it to late m8,because as soon as the likes of xcap and Panmure who took part in the placing (don't know how many they took but seeing as it was over subscribed and only 12m shares it cannot have been that many) have booked their profits this is on it's way up again ;))

and imo only this is the last chance to buy around this share price Watch this space.

Scotty, I have read the RNS, and indeed they have stated the reason for raising said funds. My query relates to the raising of funds in October, accepted entirely to Chase Nominees, and one month later. I am guessing the interim results are due soon as last year were in early November. Just trying to do my homework before investing.ThanksGoblin

With this placing still only 79m shares with little freefloat M/C of around £7.5m.A technology being used and taken up globally with almost 100% to MIRA.
IMO it's another LOQ in the making.

rambutan2 so there you have it twas those in the know selling ahead of the placing to get in cheaper.Should start to move upwards again from here once
people realize the quality of the business.Wood and trees come to mind.I did take the opportunity today as i'm sure others have and will do ;))

As you say Ei1te a bit low,but cash flow should now take over the need for any more placings in the future.A couple of other points in the rns.


"The Placing was significantly oversubscribed"

"The Company currently has four contracts
generating subscriber-based fees and with the revenues being generated at no
material cost to the Company, the margin on such subscriber-based fees is
almost 100%.

"if successful, the trial would lead to a major
commercial launch in the first half of the next financial year and a step
change in group revenues."

"a set of objectives which should transform the Company over the next 12 months."

Same price as the other one but heavily over subscribed. I know as i was seriously scaled back with by all accounts 2 Institutions fighting over the placing stock. Bodes extremely well for MIRA

Placing a bit low, but it cleans up the balanxe sheet and that is the only concern I previously had
