You have to say that is an amazing change in the share price today with relatively high volume.....although you also have to say the bid has hardly changed! It does bode well for an announcement soon....

I see all over these boards people saying an RNS is logged .
One of the basic principles of the LSE is that news must be released in a timely fashion.
There is simply not logging available to say you are going to relase an RNS in the future, It's an inexperienced traders fairy tale.

i understand that most have no idea how the RNS system works but let me help you out.

You log in at hxxps://rnssubmit.com/ns/login/

enter you name and password.
then prepare the announcements in Microsoft Word format
Then enter a AVS number that you have previous been sent or request new AVS code.
Then submit.
Then you have an option
immediate release
Wait for telephone call confirmation,.
Embargo release, this is when the RNS is (usually when submitted after close and embargoed until 7 am)

Due to LSE rules on news disclosure - 95% are immediate release if in trading hours.

The system does not have the function to randomly 'log' just to say that you will be submitting news in the future!

THat should have more or less soaked up the spare shares - if the buying continues we shall see soon if there's an abrupt lack of available stock.

A bit of volume for no apparent reason (apart from they are cheap) is exactly what I have been waiting for, fingers crossed.

RNS for release at close must have been logged in the system.

We just need a sodding update, even if it is just loan clarification and the usual “We’ve got jam in the cupboard and the baker has a recipe for bread”

Well FWIW by my reckonings the mm's will be pretty close to running short again. Since
the last time, 6th April there have been 9,684,015 buys and 9,548,274 sells a net difference of 135,741 to the buys. They did find another 500K to sell mysteriously but even taking them into account they have about 350K to sell before theres another crisis! All IMV.

Foreign home buyers look for bargains in Greece but prices hold ground

With many obstacles in air travel still in place, buying interest in Greece is mostly from the UK and other European countries, targetting holiday homes between 500,000 euros and 1.5 million euros, says Christos Mourdoukoutas, sales analyst at Algean Property.

As there is no rns it is reasonable to assume that they are still haggling over the dilution terms.

The absence of a single offer in 3 years is telling me that something not right here.

Should help demand for high end villas. 7% tax rate.

I’d be tempted to take that because I think we will get some sort of update in that time and even if we are diluted under the new terms of the loan I can’t see us drifting back below 1p. I think the doom and gloom is already priced in.

Just done a dummy electronic buy for 225k shares on a T20 and was quoted 1.144p. Wasn't too long ago you couldn't buy anywhere near that amount.

Well next week (9th) the loan settlement will be a full three months overdue.Am I the only one who finds the lack of a further update increasingly worrying?

Agreed DC, the auditors signed the accounts off and covered in their audit work was to look at independent evidence that confirmed that the value of the inventories were included in the balance sheet correctly:

"Reviewing correspondence and other third party documentation in relation to the project to confirm that the expected value of the project is in excess of the costs to date"

Suggests to me that they have seen evidence therefore coming in at a figure in excess of £45M.

But in order to move on to that the Bod do need to deal with the outstanding loan.

My thoughts Wi1l, the minute we see some strange buying pattern (Which won’t be difficult at the moment)then good news has leaked via Nomad and RNS is on the way, we must remember it is valued at £45m in latest a/c’s which were signed off.
I’m still hopeful of 6p a share on completion and I’m sure some ups and downs in between if it’s all done and announced in stages.
Until we know the terms of a new loan or extension then it’s difficult to put a realistic figure on it but it could just as easily be upwards of 6p

More so today - looks like they want to stock up on a few more shares.

Edit : and don't let them fool you - buy 1.14p and sell 1.00p

Interesting.....(possibly)

MM's have slightly altered their stance (not sure when today ?on one sell).

To buy has been 1.14p more or less for a number of days - now its 1.21p

Last few days selling wasn't an option, the door was firmly closed - now up to 75K or close, someone managed 83,743 at 1.0p, now the same.

Gradual relaxation of their grip - but is it significant.......?

At the very least its going in the right direction.
