I have tried that Atlantic and they have been quick to respond with polite but unhelpful responses.

I suggest every single shareholder should
Email the bod with their thoughts as the company is controlled by private shareholders.
The bod do not communicate with shareholders unless they have to.

Easier to watch paint dry. But underneath the bod are supposedly peddling like mad in their efforts to get this project over the start line. But when is it going to happen?? This week, next week? This month, next month? When???? Some indication would be helpful.

A couple of years or so ago it was rumoured that LAMDA were interested in the Project. They do not seem to develop hotels but certainly Marinas/ harbour (Flisvos Marina) for luxury yachts and 2nd homes aimed at HNW (Alkyonides Hills, Aegina).

Its at least worth a look to see the possibilities. Again I'm stressing it was only rumour.

atlantic - just caught up with my PM and thanks, are you aware the zachary loan is not due for repayment until March '20?

'Interest will accrue on the Loan Balance at ten per cent. per annum quarterly in arrears and the principal is repayable eighteen months after Completion or, if earlier, upon the occurrence of specified events of default which are on usual terms for a transaction of this nature.'

No-one has been more critical than me of the Company but I think its worth bearing in mind-
The overall Project total could be far in excess of £400 million. Obviously the larger the investment required then the less effect Minoan can have on the Project as (hopefully) corporates or large chains move in. We also need to remember the overall goal here is not to strike a deal with Minoan, but to promote tourism, create jobs and to benefit the economy. For all we know deals could have been agreed or pencilled in, but delayed by the authorities ensuring the whole economic gain is maximised.

Would be interesting to find out what they paid for Canterbury travel as it seems to me they held all the cards on the sale of Stewart travel.

Not to mention shareholders cash. Any blood, sweat and tears shed by the BoD has been amply rewarded, and where exactly are we?

So despite no RNS release yet of what progress is being made in negotiations MM’s confident to take stock off those that either want or need to sell.

I still remain confident.

Probably at this very moment they are advising Zachary et al how to acquire the remaining equity they don't potentially already own prior to revaluation and releasing the asset onto an avid market at a vastly improved price. Can't see these businessmen handing over 70% of the spoils to us minions.

MM’s bidding slightly above listed bid on 300k but dropping slightly on 400k.

Waterloo, perhaps because our BOD’s preference was/is to secure deal/deals with partners to jointly develop as opposed to outright sale. Whether that would preclude them from advertising with an agent I have no idea.

Interesting indeed, although it looks like it's still on the market. What I don't get is why isn't our project listed?

Interested -What 42M Euros will buy in East Crete in 2017, not to be confused with this company's project which is available on presumably a similar site plus in another three coastal areas in NE Crete.

Closed the day all square, although the slow uptrend we appear to be still in disappointingly still far lower that we should be in my view but none the less some decent buys which to my mind adds confidence.

We can hope we have some encouraging signs next week or better still confirmation by way of RNS that the BOD are making progress.

Somehow, someway I'm confident CE and BOD will get it over the line it is just a question of how much they can get us over the line with.

I don't believe it will be less than £30m if they are pushed into a corner and time is getting tight. If it was in that order we would still be looking at a share price in the order of 8p.

However I'm sure like all shareholders we hope for something in the order of 10p plus, and a big plus !

All valid points Costa and of course there is always risk. As you of course rightly comment a deal could drop any day.

Don't think we should be too overly positive medium to long term, there are still genuine concerns. We should be positive that the current price seems undervalued and there does seem to some interest. CE intent is the key question.

The key at the moment is they should have enough cash for a little bit to avoid BoD confetti parties. We may have a little time for something positive to occur. It needs to happen within a few months though, if they keep coming back to the well it will be dry at some point.

Positive short term, we have a little time. Trust with shareholders is a factor too, needs to be repaired. This project would have an entirely different valuation with long-term transparent high quality communications. No visible improvement in this area.

That being said, a deal could drop any day, goes back to intent.
