10/7/2024 14:50 | Waterloo it is generous of you to keep posting. I may be on the Titanic but I intend to stay on board.I think eventually something will happen. If the foundation sign off in the near term ( ie weeks) then shareholders have opportunity to potentially make significant gains. However if we end up in the situation where Gilbert offers to renew his loan the potential is much less. He will then get another round of warrants plus a generous interest payment on the loan. I suspect most shareholders by the end of 2024 will accept anything above say 1.25 p to end the suffering . | ![]() atlantic57
10/7/2024 14:40 | Thank you for that update Waterloo, I am hanging on now and look forward to the Foundation finally agreeing to sign off. | ![]() boliviana
10/7/2024 14:05 | boliviana, I don't think anything has changed since I posted here last week, maybe that's part of the problem, as the weeks/months go by without lack of notifiable progress, so not surprising some have cut their loses. Everything else stands though. I can only conclude it's about the money. How much and when maybe? I guess both sides know the confirmation of the updated contract is pivotal and the potential values are significant, for both MIN and the Foundation. Edit: I might add that it's quite possible that at the next meeting, the Foundation will finally agree to sign it off, and we'll be away..... | ![]() waterloo01
10/7/2024 13:48 | I have come to the conclusion Nobby is a liar like you Nyboy. I was on the verge of selling out last week and having to accept the loss and also accept I was misled and move on. It was what Waterloo posted here last week that made me think again and hold on but there is no sign of any progress at this time. Increasing selling and decreasing share price | ![]() boliviana
10/7/2024 13:41 | Best take instructions from the guild cult leader the delusional gnome nobby nobby nobby, when he's not dumping stock after he has seduced more mugs to buy 🤡 | ![]() ny boy
10/7/2024 12:39 | Seems to be a determined seller. Is it someone who knows more than the bulls, fed up waiting, desperate for cash or simply does not believe our chairman any more. | ![]() boliviana
10/7/2024 11:37 | Is anybody buying this piece of %£^#% over 99% down since listed. Long term investors must be very wealthy right now 😂 | ![]() salierizen
10/7/2024 10:12 | Thanatos, you guys dumping again, more selling, looks curtains to me. One of my Clients who buys distressed loans, companies etc for €0.20/30c in the € said he wouldn't be interested in this, far more cherry picks in better locations across Europe. The real value here is just Goat grazing land, too isolated. Far too many Companies and private equity groups have overpaid during the zero rate decade, now they are all running into serious problems after years of higher servicing costs, trying to sell down debt, sell off assets at fire sale prices. This project is high risk even with zero land value, no need for it, all the best sites and developments have been done on Crete, funny how nothing has happened here for decades🤔 Must be hellish inside the guild of delusion. Seriously with the track record of rns’s over the years, you really believe any sensible outcome is due, just constant nonsense and BS Game over | ![]() ny boy |
