Those shares have found a happy home chaps, hopefully that is them cleared and we can begin a climb upwards. I noticed another gold stock today (AR.) which has a placing at 9p, the share were 3.75-4p this morning! Interesting to say the least....

Thats the answer to the exasperated question I posed on Monday!!!

It was clear that there was a substantial holder selling into the relative strength of the gold market/price and its a great relief that there was demand for the stock.

Now, there are other questions for one to ask but perhaps not best here!

Impressive volume so far today - >4M traded, that's approx 1.5% total issue.

Also, I see that the Buys are touching 4.5p, which could mean a further rise. Roll on the news and hopefully resource upgrade - GEX share price certainly didn't receive any credit for the last massive upgrade.

hi atlan , i have been in here for well over a year now , think i bought in a bit to soon actually, still its money that was not earmarked for anything else so i stayed with it , could turn out to be a big resource but imo goldfields will take it out if it turns out that way, time will tell, lot of buying the last few trading days, but they have been holding back on news , so when it does get released could be quite a bit of it, good luck atlan

The explosive buying in London and Dublin since opening on Friday suggests that news is on the way but Im not sure that an RNS is very likely, right now.

The buying may be that some people who have made nice lumps of money with CEY/MML where the steam has come out of the rise in share price have sought alternative, relatively overlooked, stocks and GEX fits that particular bill to a T.

As you know thers an awful lot to be positive about when it comes to GEX and it doesnt take a lot of research to uncover the probable news items about to unfold.

Perhaps the greatest clarity that all recent events point to is the fact that Komana IS going to be the location for a sizeable mine in Mali. The detail of this particular event will be an RNS well worth reading and IMHO it would be prudent to add to your GEX holding prior to that hitting the market.

Amigo, things have finally started to look a bit more appealing, once again.

The real question this year now is how high can/will GEX go up for those of us who purchased around the 10p mark.
