Actually you can certainly shift a lot of blame to the mm's too.

They have the spread so wide that you probably need a 20% rise just to perhaps break even.

11.3p to buy so you need 11.5-12.5p before your in profit so 10.75p mid now to 12p just to barely cover your costs.

The mm's have strangled the life out of Mafl, perhaps they will spike it on some stunning Portugal results...that's the mine not the football

Drill results in the next 6-8 weeks on the potentially world class Lagoa Salgada project, 75% owned by MAFL. Another $1M payment due in June also. £578k in cash... £3.7M Mcap really is ridiculous.

You'll be amazed at how day trader this market has become now.

5 mins in not one buy and one person thinks a 16p NAV is so bad they are selling at 10.2p

It's utterly bonkers this market now, traders have totally destroyed it.

Interims & NAV update to Dec 20. Trading at nearly a 60% discount! Average discount over the years has been 11%. Would have been far greater but for currency difference.

20k buy and now NT. MM's clearly don't have much stock at this level despite dropping it on low volume yesterday.Incredible value at 12p, sub £4M Mcap... NAV update expected to be closer to 20p. Hugely exciting pf of investments to flourish over the coming months.

I hate it when mm's work a price down even though they are not gaining a bean in stock they just seem determined to lower it again and again.

Yes, that seed investment certainly looks like it might be a shrewd investment:

I wonder what size stake they have in the company?

I see from their Jan 2021 updated presentation they show a 'div & tech investment' at 3% of their valuation

...ideon.....to develop down-hole detectors for commercial release in 2021.

I'm not surprised it's gone dead here when the spread is 10.755-12.05p...I mean they have killed it off, saying that I've seen a stock 2.5-4.5p and people were buying that the other day mmm is it's name but just too big a rise needed to make a profit so why risk it but some do.

Why did they not Rns the ascendant news from last week too ?

But as price is not moving little pi's are not interested. I'm surprised somebody has not seen that Rns and sold at 10.66p because they tend to do the opposite of common sense.
