Ascendant now 0.24-0.25 in Canada

Last NAV update was based on a share price of 0.09

Cerrado Gold is 1 which is over double what Mafl paid but they have drifted quite a bit since their float.

Interims on the 5th last year so hopefully they are out tomorrow or Friday.

Just sick of stocks doing well and having no reward while all sorts of rubbish is flying up.

Deserves a better rating

The good news keeps coming from these guys. Currently trading at a 50% discount to previous NAV calculation which is likely to be even greater now. Off the radar, unloved but will get noticed soon enough. Big future ahead with the mining super cycle upon us.

Another excellent update

-- Measured and Indicated Resource Estimate increased by 44% to 4.4Mt at 1.51% CuEq[1] Inferred Resource increased 21% to 7.7 Mt at 1.41% CuEq(1)

-- Lagoa Salgada South Deposit remains open to the north and south on strike and at depth
-- Demonstrates significant growth from successful Phase 1 drill program
-- Phase II drill program underway to expand South Zone with intent to eclipse North Zone
-- This resource is in addition to the Lagoa Salgada North Zone M&I resource
GEORGE TOWN CAYMAN ISLANDS, March 3, 2021 - Mineral and Financial Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) ("M&FI" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce that Redcorp Empreedimentos Mineiros Lda. (Redcorp), M&FI's 75% owned investee company, has received an updated Mineral Resource Estimate, funded by Ascendant Resources Inc. (Ascendant), for the copper rich South Zone at its Lagoa Salgada project located on the Iberian Pyrite Belt ("IPB") in Portugal. The new Mineral Resource Estimate was prepared in accordance with Canadian National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") by Micon International (Micon) and resulted in a significant upgrade and expansion of the resources at the South Zone at the Lagoa Salgada Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide ("VMS") Project. The South Zone is less than 1000m from the North Zone. The Lagoa Salgada North Zone hosts a zinc rich Measured and Indicated resource of 10.334M tonnes (using 2.9 % cut-off grade) at an Avg ZnEq[2] grade of 9.06% and an Inferred resource of 2.502M tonnes (using a 2.8% cut-off grade) grading 5.93% ZnEq(2) (See RNS of January 14, 2020)

Jacques Vaillancourt, President & CEO of M&FI stated, "The assay results from the drill holes of the Phase 1 drill program showed that, as press released in January 2021, the 50m step-out holes included long intercepts with substantial grades that were highly encouraging and confirmed our partner's, Ascendant Resources, resource expansion thesis of the South Zone to the south and east. The updated Mineral Resource Estimate and the large increase in resulting tonnage at consistent grades, highlights how it is possible to add material volume to the overall size of the South Zone Resource. There is justified cause for high optimism that Lagoa Salgada can be grown quickly and efficiently to a size of economic

68k buy today 11.1p, if they split the trade I'm sure they could have got 10.8p
instead.

Baffling people selling this at 10p, just zero patience.

CERT has drifted a bit but is still more than double what Mafl paid for them

Mental market.

CERT is closing around 1.25 or 3 times what Mafl paid for their stake average.

Ascendant is around 0.22.

Last NAV update was based on a price of 0.09

And a asset in Portugal which could be special. Market asleep punters asleep but mm's shook the life out of this today, 3 or 4 drops and no delayed sales late on to account for it.

They are trading around $1.25, bit lower than I hoped but still 3 times the price Mafl paid for their stock

I honestly do not know where the mm's are getting the stock from.

2 sellers went under 3% with around 1 million each.

But that was ages ago and there's more than enough buying to cover them by now.

Or maybe today is the day they actually run out.

First time I tried to use Zoom, not sure my laptop could handle it. The boss started talking normal then he started to sound like a dalek so I left, when I tried to return later I was locked out.

At the end of the day it's more about the price they trade at this week and what extra value that increases the NAV.

10.6p offer today what a snip.

It's been 5000-25000k max at 11 or 11.5p recently so that 70k+ seller gifted them at 10p today, do not mind if they are one of those 2 sellers under 3%

9pm tonight Cerrado Gold presentation on Zoom I kindly got a invite, not going to buy of course but hopefully a nice premium when they start trading and a massive profit for Mafl.

NAV will be at least 18p imo

So 9pm tonight

Increased my position here. Investment co Cerrado Gold's IPO is tomorrow after raising C$15M at C$1.35, a huge premium above what MAFL paid for their shares at US$0.42 & US$0.5.MAFL's NAV was 15.77p in September, will be far higher now.
