well then you need your head examining BIG TIME!!! AScendant have to pay US $ (not canadian as per my previous calculation, I need to pay more attention to the detail)9 million over a period of 4 years, this converts to app £7 million which is 20p a share gross. now you can apply any discount factor you like but you wil still end up with morth of 10p a share on LS alone and then there are the other assets, not to mention the residual carry of 20% in LS.....

I have done some calcs. I cant see how it can be worth anything above 10p.

It beat what was expected but probably has been bought up in anticipation and sold on the fact.Nothing has changed. Significant undervalue here, just holders positions changing in a low free float share.

12p NAV end Dec 18 imo. Plus a steady rise as time progresses. 20p by YE imo

probably thereabouts on the NAV. Should be in that range - ish.Interesting part is the next payments triggered from Ascendant, per the figures talked about by Ceo on proactive video. Future NAVs will get very interesting

yes but on the closing date you speak of MAFL only owned 1.5% of Ascendant as they only owned 49% of TH Crestgate. They acquired the other 1.5% of Ascendant shares and 900k euro working capital for £99k when they bought THC.
