04/9/2015 13:30 | Absolutely ridiculous. $20m worth of effort bought for peanuts, plus plenty of cash in the bank and a portfolio of ETFs and shares. Buying into this project should be value accretive at the kinds of levels they are purchasing at. NAV a month ago was 8.52p. Chairman owns over 20% of the company and some swiss investors appear to have a over 20% as well. They appear to have links to the chairman. Last of the sellers on fixed timeframes (margin etc) causing a small bit of selling but this is hugely illiquid, and that works on the up as well as on the down. Dread to think how high this could go if the herd arrived. Some will have been waiting for 12p, say and sold into the previous spike and been replaced by those aiming higher. This should mean the next run should go higher. | bones30 | |
