03/9/2015 15:20 | so the question remains, who are vidacos? found on another (unrelated)article "VIDACOS NOMINEES LIMITED, acting as nominee and on instructions of Bank Julius Baer & co Limited" who are Julius? "Julius Baer is the international reference in Private Banking, based on a solid Swiss heritage " private swiss bank. Now, who have MAFL just acquired an asset off? TH Crestgate.... guess what? TH Crestgate are..............a private swiss company. Join the dots | ryan83
03/9/2015 15:15 | Was he at the time? Why's Moppert's name on the RNS?! I have to admit to being rather confused. You're right - it says sole shareholder. So there are 2 holdings at over 20% | bones30
03/9/2015 15:14 | Everest is Jacques only, he is sole shareholder of Everest. | ryan83
03/9/2015 15:13 | moreforus, errr, no! | bones30
03/9/2015 15:12 | and you two are holding the rest??? (-; | moreforus
03/9/2015 15:12 | I think Everest = Moppert + Jacques, unless I'm reading things wrongly? Moppert's name appears on the Mount Everest RNS: | bones30
03/9/2015 15:11 | Who is Darija? Indeed... Perhaps they are just not having these guys on the board for now to save money? | bones30
03/9/2015 15:09 | so as you say vidicos 24.8% I think is Moppert and Maurer (who is Darija?) Everest 22.6% is Jacques | ryan83
03/9/2015 15:08 | Not very clear on here but I think I'm along the right lines: | bones30
03/9/2015 15:07 | look at 9th April RNS, Citibank NA, London a/c Vidacos Nominees Limited a/c Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited a/c Darija HOFMANN similar to but final account name is different to Jacques on 31 July 13 Citibank NA, London a/c Vidacos Nominees Limited a/c Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited a/c Mount Everest Finance S.A. | ryan83
03/9/2015 15:06 | Yes it looks like: Vidacos Nominees Limited 3,404,478 24.8 Mount Everest Finance SA 3,107,000 22.6 Vidacos = JV's company Everest Holdings (with Moppert) together with the holding of Maurer perhaps? As in one holding is a subset of the other as opposed to there being 2 holdings of over 20% each. | bones30
03/9/2015 15:03 | Hang on a sec... Moppert is Mount Everest: "Citibank NA, London a/c Vidacos Nominees Limited a/c Bank Julius Baer & Co Limited a/c Mount Everest Finance S.A." I thought Mount Everest was JV? Name Number of Ordinary Shares % * Jacques Vaillancourt 3,107,000 22.64 Alastair Ford 10,647 0.09 * The interest of Jacques Vaillancourt is held through Mount Everest Finance SA, a company of which he is the sole shareholder. | bones30
03/9/2015 14:59 | does seem this way? seems Moppert and Maurer are already onboard, way ahead of the asset acquisition? So Moppert and Maurer got the assets of Portex, put them into TH Crestgate and formed a partnership with MAFL. Now Maurer and Moppert got involved with MAFL June 2013 and April 2014 so seems a lot of planning gone in to this. | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:58 | Moppert has deep pockets eh? Did he buy the lot from Webb Capital, I wonder? | bones30
03/9/2015 14:57 | gold star ryna ya swot | moreforus
03/9/2015 14:55 | Looking like it: Interesting. So Maurer and Moppert have 24% and Mount Everest Finance has 22.6%. Interests are well aligned with shareholders then. Good research. | bones30
03/9/2015 14:55 | Moppert and Maurer are not on the MAFL board. Are they behind the vidacos nominee holdings? | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:53 | so 31 July, 3,107,000 shares notified by Mount Everest Capital, vidacos nominees, contact is Moppert. Now per the share register these 3,107,000 are actually owned by MAFL CEO jacques. 9th April RNS Darijia Hoffman 454,500 shares notified, vidacos nominees, contact Roger Maurer. | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:48 | and the previous holdings RNS to that, contact:- Felix Moppert both of TH Crestgate | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:47 | bones, look at teh holdings RNS 9th April, and look at contact name - its Roger Maurer! | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:46 | hmm oh dear does that mean tommy is going to slag us off or say we are the chosen ones? | moreforus
03/9/2015 14:45 | im not sure who bones, doesnt state clearly, it maybe the remnants of the deal years ago? last conversion RNS says:- "The total amount of 2010 Notes in MAFL still remaining unconverted is £10,000. In addition, as previously announced on £105,000 2011 convertible unsecured loan notes are due for repayment on 31 August 2015." | ryan83
03/9/2015 14:40 | Also trying to figure out who Vidacos Nominees are holding on behalf of? Could it be SF t1ps, now Webb Capital? (I believe they were holders of Athol Gold). | bones30
03/9/2015 14:39 | however a conversion at 9.24p might look quite interesting with the share price at 7p..... | moreforus |
