who are Julius?

private swiss bank.

Now, who have MAFL just acquired an asset off?

Was he at the time? Why's Moppert's name on the RNS?!

I have to admit to being rather confused. You're right - it says sole shareholder.

So there are 2 holdings at over 20%

Everest is Jacques only, he is sole shareholder of Everest.

Everest 22.6% is Jacques

Yes it looks like:

Vidacos Nominees Limited 3,404,478 24.8
Mount Everest Finance SA 3,107,000 22.6

Vidacos = JV's company Everest Holdings (with Moppert) together with the holding of Maurer perhaps?

As in one holding is a subset of the other as opposed to there being 2 holdings of over 20% each.

Hang on a sec... Moppert is Mount Everest:

I thought Mount Everest was JV?

does seem this way? seems Moppert and Maurer are already onboard, way ahead of the asset acquisition?

So Moppert and Maurer got the assets of Portex, put them into TH Crestgate and formed a partnership with MAFL.

Now Maurer and Moppert got involved with MAFL June 2013 and April 2014 so seems a lot of planning gone in to this.

Interesting. So Maurer and Moppert have 24% and Mount Everest Finance has 22.6%.

Interests are well aligned with shareholders then. Good research.

Moppert and Maurer are not on the MAFL board. Are they behind the vidacos nominee holdings?

so 31 July, 3,107,000 shares notified by Mount Everest Capital, vidacos nominees, contact is Moppert. Now per the share register these 3,107,000 are actually owned by MAFL CEO jacques.

9th April RNS Darijia Hoffman 454,500 shares notified, vidacos nominees, contact Roger Maurer.

im not sure who bones, doesnt state clearly, it maybe the remnants of the deal years ago? last conversion RNS says:-

"The total amount of 2010 Notes in MAFL still remaining unconverted is £10,000. In addition, as previously announced on £105,000 2011 convertible unsecured loan notes are due for repayment on 31 August 2015."

Could it be SF t1ps, now Webb Capital? (I believe they were holders of Athol Gold).

however a conversion at 9.24p might look quite interesting with the share price at 7p.....
