Why was a RNS issued today in connection with SVV3/Inspeq AI when Ittybit is SVV3's most recent investment; or will that be the subject of a further MFAI announcement in due course?

On II the following voting option was made available prior to todays AGM...

"01
TO AUTHORISE THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY TO ALLOT RELEVANT SECURITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 551OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006 (A response to this proposal is mandatory)

02
THAT SUBJECT TO THE PASSING OF RESOLUTION 1, TO AUTHORISE THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY TO DISAPPLY PRE-EMPTION RIGHTS (A response to this proposal is mandatory)"

Did not attend but I would expect an RNS with voting results in due course.

The backers of their recent placing would be up in arms if they delist just a few months after giving them the money, you never know with AIM but I would suggest its unlikely and looking through their investments most of them seem to be doing well, wouldn't have thought there is anymore of them likely to fall into admin. But yes sound advice to hang on and wait to see what this GM is all about

Thanks

Not if they choose to delist and certainly not if the investees continue to fall into administration.

Thinking about buying in at these prices or is it a busted flush, still doesn't get away from the fact that they have bits and pieces of some interesting and fast growing companies to go along with the chaff. Also buying at a 94% discount to Sisto would feel quite pleasing and give a certain smugness to the transaction

Dc I don’t know if you attend sharestack it will be held very near Wrexham in early September but it is well worth attending .Last year Brian Kinane gave an exercellent talk on Artificial Intelligence.

Sadly to date Mfai has proved a disaster but I retain in the hope that on a2 year view it will come good .

if you listen to comments made by those connected with the Company they believe that events are coming which will release value. However the share price clearly indicates a lack of confidence in the Company strategy.

There also appears to be skepticism about the true asset value
