The last mentions of Celia Li were as the new 'Chief Media Officer' of Media Tech SPAC (MTS).

But what happened to Media tech SPAC? They aren't listed any more. Did they ever get listed? In 2021 they were talking about listing in May of that year.

They seemed to do a buyout of Drylab, Norway. Created the website mtsplc.com.

But now nothing.

Media Tech SPAC's John Mahtani introduces his new company to our Proactive London audience as well as his media career having worked at AOL Time Warner. Mahtani is a chartered accountant, he joined the media industry in 1993 working for Universal & Paramount Pictures as a Marketing Accountant.

Back in December 2024 when Sealand Capital Galaxy announced that a lady general manager was promoted to CEO and the then CEO was stepping down. That was the beginning of the meteoric rise of Sealand's share price.

When TAO Alpha (former name Streski), a Singapore company announced its change of name and strategy its share price began a transformational rise.

I had bought into both the above two companies cheaply.

I declare that I have a holding in Mindflair. Today, a Chinese lady has been appointed a non-exec. It appears that she has an illustrious career in her own field and seems to be well connected. I think that this is the beginning of the rise of Mindflair.

There is no smoke without fire. The appointment of the new non-exec must have been considered very carefully beforehand. She must have connection with people whom she can and will introduce to the BOD to further the business interest of the company; maybe an exciting investment / start up in the offing.

Shareholders here were fleeced by the market makers concealing buys until later imo. Just go through the trades and their timings and you will see what I mean. Probably same again on Monday or will they let it rise?

exactly what i said - they do not have much cash at the moment

lots of cash depends on the size.

5 - 10 % of the balance sheet is lots of cash

and i do expect much more than that
