I e mailed Marla Gale on 25th July (copy below) about the amounts UK holders might receive upon completion of the deal - I have not received any response to date.

E mail of 25th July 2018:

Dear Marla,

I am a Dalradian shareholder having acquired those shares following your acquisition of Minco. My Dalradian shares are held in my nominee account ... in the UK and traded on the London 'AIM' market.

Can you help please with a question I have arising from the June 21st 2018 announcement of the Recommended Cash Offer by Orion Mine Finance to Acquire Dalradian Resources Inc.

I note the offer price is C$1.47 per share. Assuming the deal does complete as expected in third quarter 2018, is it possible for me to know now what amount I will receive per share in pounds Sterling or will that be subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of completion?

It is, maybe they are waiting for the dalradian deal to complete before listing.

Surely got to hear something before end of September - that will be 3 months completed after scheduled listing date and no news relating to 0.10 shares for each placement share.

Good results from two holes at Lundberg. 21.99% over 1 meter and 32.22% over 1.8 meters. Encouraging.

that is a bit of a climb for XAG - thanks. Something must be resolved next month as a property payment is required. Hopefully this will also be part of a Buchans sort out.

those Readers with Brokers - how did they allocate COST to the new buchan holding post the MINCO demerger ie the cost you held in Minco - & after the DALRADIAN transfer left cost of the MINCO rump. How much per MINCO share did the broker allocate over ?

And of course - how did they allocae a cost of MINCO to the Dalradian [ £ cost / share ? ]

interested - as havent seen any calc or split noted for these Thanks

The 0.3 cad was the PRE-IPO placement price. So the CAD number makes sense.

I have not seen news on an IPO yet.

Received asset statement from my broker.They have given an estimated value of .1942 for each Buchans share. Previous to this they gave zero value.

I recently posted a question about the takeover and AIM shares on the Dalradian site though without any response so far.

Can anyone here help me please?

I have Dalradian AIM shares and note that the 21 June offer is given as $ Canadian 1.47 per share. Is the amount I will receive (assuming it all goes through ok) already fixed in pounds sterling or am I bearing exchange rate risk (+ or - ) between now and the deal closing? Thanks in advance.

re "Buchans has entered into an Investor Rights Agreement with Delbrook to provide certain liquidity and anti-dilution rights. If the Company’s shares have not been listed on a recognized stock exchange by June 30, 2018, (subject to extension to September 30, 2018 in certain circumstances) the Funds shall be issued an additional 0.10 of a share for each Placement share at no additional cost and similarly at the end of each successive quarterly interim period after June 30, 2018."

So June 30th has passed, and Buchans have not been listed (according to web site, we have no idea what the "exceptions" may be, so these penalties now start I guess. No mention of it in the June AGM NR, see which also has an exploration summary.

It shows $2.9m cash and the DNA shares are valued at $3.5m following the Orion offer. 55.86m shares at 2018-05-25 (11c/sh cash and DNA, minus expenses since end March).

Should have some drilling results by now. Probably have to wait til Sept for any bit of news. As we didn't float by the AGM anyone know when is the next "hoped for" date.
