13/4/2016 22:57 | Personally im not in this one for the Pennines at all, I guess that project is probably a long shot but that's what a company with a portfolio of assets is all about I guess. | lendmeafiver
13/4/2016 21:39 | There hasn't been an update from the pennines since 13/06/2014. | ardtole
13/4/2016 10:57 | Some good buys coming in, id expect this to react quite quickly | sm9
13/4/2016 00:20 | A (say) 30% discount to the NSR value would still see a huge uplift in the share price! | lendmeafiver
12/4/2016 19:06 | They should within 18months | lendmeafiver
12/4/2016 18:31 | I agree with the GBP 10m valuation but im not sure if the market is willing to value it like that now | jdgeus75
12/4/2016 18:01 | Some good analysis, So you can conservatively double your money here with Woodstock and Buchans all free upside above that. My view has been for a while now that the NSR is worth circa £10m alone, I'm sure Whitman Howard had a similar valuation in one of their Reports at some stage. | lendmeafiver
12/4/2016 16:06 | Canadian zinc corp currently at a 52 week high. Hopefully news from buchans soon. | ardtole
12/4/2016 14:49 | A few weeks ago I posted a Net Present Value calculation of Minco's Net Smelter Royalty on Dalradian's project. That calculation showed an absolute minimum valuation of GBP 5.963 million (only the NSR - not considering Minco's cash and other assets). There are other ways of trying to value such a royalty. Since a 2% Net Smelter Royalty will not cost you anything to build the mine (CAPEX), and will not cost you anything to produce gold (OPEX), it must always be valued higher than a working interest. So that is a guarantee that the 2% NSR is worth more than 2% working interest. 2% of Dalradian's share price is currently: GBP 2.500.000. I would prefer a 2% NSR over a 5% working interest. A 5% working interest in Dalradian would be worth GBP 6.25 million based on Dalradian's market cap. Minimum Minco value (very conservative) = 2% NSR + Cash + Other assets Minimum Minco value (very conservative) = 6.25 + 2.00 + 1.00 = 9.25M Minimum Share price = Market cap / number of shares Minimum Share price = 9.250.000 / 478.200.000 Minimum Share price = GBP 0.0193 Minimum upside = 93% | jdgeus75
12/4/2016 13:47 | Yeah zinc already up over 2.5% today as well. Looking good for news over next few months. | djb3
12/4/2016 10:14 | Excellent results! Building up really well.. | sm9
12/4/2016 09:43 | The feasibility study later this year is key. | ardtole
12/4/2016 09:39 | Excellent Dalradian grades, the market will start of reflect MIOs NSR at some stage surely | lendmeafiver
12/4/2016 08:53 | Dalradian results out. Looks very good. | ardtole
07/4/2016 13:55 | Interesting with whats happening at Connemara (CON), similar price to MIO, around 1.2p shoot up 200% on news: "There is now without doubt a gold bearing vein system in the Inishowen area of Donegal. The discovery is similar to the Dalradian gold resource across the border in Co. Tyrone. Further drilling is necessary." Just a matter of time before this fly's! | sm9
07/4/2016 10:04 | Hmmm small tick up. | djb3
06/4/2016 18:51 | Dalradian is looking increasingly like a minimum of £10m of value here at MIO, that gets us to 2p plus on its own. | lendmeafiver
06/4/2016 13:55 | rns from dalradian out today. Things progressing nicely there. | ardtole
05/4/2016 23:36 | Hopefully news soon. | frost1
01/4/2016 21:15 | Come on zinc ha ha :) | djb3
01/4/2016 13:51 | So: Dalradian £12m Buchans £5m Woodstock £10m Cash & Other £3m Total £30m = circa 6p If Woodstock £20m then circa 8p Plenty of upside potential some of which could come at anytime, sounds good | lendmeafiver
01/4/2016 13:39 | 20m min for plymouth deposit. Hartford north and hartford south yet to be extensively explored by minco. | ardtole
01/4/2016 13:09 | Thinking £10m, minimum, i was thinking more like £20million and thats still a massive deal for the chinese especially to get into America without all the duty etc, and it being a lifespan of 40 years min... dont underestimate how big this is or can be! | sm9
01/4/2016 12:18 | What would people here think would be a good result for Woodstock? £5m, £10m? | lendmeafiver |
