Yup Well they have admitted talks took place like rumours suggested has mentioned Saving grace placing at current mkt price But a awful lot of dilution Imo expected assays are also not has expected But at least they now have a decent balance sheet to actually find the gold if any in commercial amounts GL holders

The LT deal is what makes this look very exciting indeed, they drill the hell out of our asset, all the other minerals in the ground other than Lithium are ours. We still get 20% of that also, they are worth 5-6 billion Witt the richest woman in Australia taking a 10% stake in them. What's there not to like about MILA

TCMC at least it raised 7M all be it traded under its placing price nearly recovered LOL

Worth a look at the web site...at least it is quoted in Canada as like Australia they give a higher share price for assets in the ground (or used to)

Looks like it is a done deal, our JV partner has been bought out for 4.3 billion. Next to go will be BGL, just a matter of time before they receive a bid, IMHO.
