Be carful here the count has been on all top risers gettjng people in so he can get out ..Been no volume in this for months so how you going get out once Mms start to bring this down later . MILA shares in issue in the future will include currently issued + 2nd & 3rd earn in consideration shares issued to TPE and NGM + conversion shares issued to LTR + whatever volume of shares they need to issue to fund gold exploration on KV license (which doesn't just include Coffey deposit).

Sorry, seagreen I haven't got amswers to all of your questions. I was hoping for, and speculated that it woulf be LTR who we were talking to, and got that correct. Neil Hutchison told me in an email previously that he has was walked the the license and haa observed the pegmatites outcropping. Indeed, the license was first acquired as an exploration for lithium, but then they hit those stella gold grades.

Amendment to the Earn-In Agreement

Mila, TPE and NGM have also entered into a deed of amendment amending the Earn-In Agreement ("Deed of Amendment") pursuant to which they have agreed that Mila may:

-- increase its Participating Interest in the Licence from its current 30% to 80% on the issue of the Stage Two Consideration Shares;

-- increase its ownership of the current Lithium rights from 50% to 80% on the issue of the Stage Three Consideration Shares, representing 16% of the Lithium Rights following full exercise by Liontown of its option; and

-- at any time when the Parties are not conducting a physical drilling campaign, reduce Mila's liability for expenditure to maintain the Licence to its Participating Interest (currently 30%).

Yes they will be left with 10%, but Lionstown do all the work and pay the costs. They already have off take agreements with the likes of Tesla and remember mila only has a market cap of £6m. What an opportunity for the company at no cost. See it as joint venture with a $6 billion company and they are paying all the costs…
