Hindsight is something I dont have. However, you and I both know that even at todays price I am 150% plus in profit @YU. I suspect you are that percentage, but the other way and wait til riverfort take complete control imminently.

The nice part is that it will be Kingfield who will be bringing THEIR client base across to MSYS.

Microsaic said it welcomes the opportunity to work with Kingfield and support their clients. This upstream value-added service complemented with pilot line manufacture, to validate manufacturability and scalability prior to transfer to Kingfield as the volume manufacturer, is a commercially perfect fit.

Well one has to suspect that its only a matter of when, not if the begging bowl comes out again. If there was a reward for raising funds in companies GB is involved in, then I doubt anyone would come anywhere near him, simply as that

Amazes me how the trolls are out in force here must be alot of GB haters out there still and they just cannot stand to see anything positive about the PLCs he manages. So much time and effort from such sad people with nothing better to do with their time other than trash stocks.

Anything under 0.1p which all management and funds put in at the beginning of the new type company structure would seem a good price. Have somewhere around 0.2p takeover price ... or more...

Gerard J Brandon 🇺🇦 @gjbrandon Replying to @Azvaldo7

There is no benefit to be an authorised partner without it generating new business. This is an extension to the already successful move to microelectronic design services, which the team at @Microsaic are experts. Both sides win financially

Is there a formula for transposing the RNS waffle into revenue? Microlite thingy me bob shimmer tech wouldn t be out of place in this paragraph:Gerry Brandon, Acting Executive Chairman of Microsaic Systems plc, commented"Microsaic welcomes the opportunity to work with Kingfield and support their clients with our 20-year history of microelectronics design to commercialisation expertise. This upstream value-added service of front-end research, development and engineering design, complemented with pilot line manufacture, to validate manufacturability and scalability prior to transfer to Kingfield as the volume manufacturer, is a commercially perfect fit."

In the process, not that easy to get all sorted, especially with the same CEO / acting CEO of both interested companies.
