I was wondering what the consolidation ratio would be and found it in the circular

"The consolidation ratio for the Share Capital Consolidation to be used in connection with the Return of Value will be determined by the Board not later than three Business Days prior to Admission.
An announcement giving details of the consolidation ratio for the Share Capital Consolidation will be made by RIS once a determination has been made, with such announcement being made available on Micro Focus’ website (www.microfocus.com)"

The timetable is as follows (from 09 May AGM Notice), assuming they stick to it. They may well fix all the amounts, prices and forex on 12 July. I would hope so as I postponed my birthday celebration one day for it!!!

The lower the pound the bigger our special dividend, I'm convinced they will will tell us the date for payment on the 12th July finals day. Only a guess though.Sogosit Do you think 12th July ?

14/06 Citigroup cut MCRO to Neutral (Target 2560p) from Buy (Target 2755p).
Since they have the info. I assume this factors in the £2 odd RoC & dividends but who knows.

Way I see it on the 12th July, figures surprise on the upside, news of actual date and details of the special payout, market likes it, share go to 2650p, shorts start closing. My crystal ball tells me.
