Because you asked so nicely I'm going to give you a free tip. Just one . Set alerts on your software

When volume trades above the 65 daily transaction average and price breaks out of the vwma 65 the same day.. give it some serious analysis

Just one of many many strategies but I guess most of you are not in markets all day every day..so

That's a damn good alert to then go check it .. see if it's occurred at low. Go check the sector and commodity and it's index etc

As for fundamentals..the highest probability percentage to highlight given metro movement and competitor , sector, indices etc...is -10% re below zero

Sounds crazy right? 3 of the last five I got this input...went bust eventually. Another one is trading 13p or something today and yes, one did rally well. It's why you need charts. But just on fundamentals alone .the modelling has been pretty good.

-10p is fundamentally and technically a valid target if it was possible

There is an average of consistent sell here. The volume weighted moving average of 65. It sits around 238 at the moment

Bulls should not even consider this is a buy prior to good trading above it.

And the problem with trying to find a low entry below it (the space between the low and vwwma 65, is that there is a tonne of what I would class 'institutional style resistence inbetween.

You need that area to be clear of resistences to try buy lows re between low and 65

65 relevant to this stock.

Now look at the bear control within all that re my last message

Stunning

Your OK. 201 is your position. Not many bulls have that luxury. But if I was you I'd treat it as a trade. Not investment

Say a fast 10%. Lock it down. Prior to that don't go back into the red

There are places to buy low without needing to see more. This is not the time for that.

24th September open close is 235/175.

The reaction day to news. So what you want to do is gauge after that point to try assess who is in/taking control, from that day. It's the easiest point to assess this low zone

Since that day, price has traded above 235 twice. Couldn't hold. Big short/sell pressure came in to control/supress. It will be a price where many retail buy orders were too.

On adjusted monthlies, 225.2 is a big price since September 24th. If that gets hit again, you now have a bear control zone triple top . Although the market may incude the 24th and so already is one. But a good probability it will be confirmed post Sept 24th

Could go much deeper in the analysis post 24th Sept, via intra and flows etc etc

But it won't make sense because we all have different styles.

So what you need to do is look at September 24th and assess for yourself post that date..which side of the market is in control.

What you had Friday was profit taking inside the Thursday bull. It os a technical reason to seek 228 for bulls.

But wow...what a trauma in there for them if comes

IF -10p was possible in a stock, it would be a very valid adjusted next target for shorters

Hill has done a runner to try protect his name before the FCA conclusions

Anyone with 1braincell (apart from pikey) knows that it is practically an impossibility now to get a serious takeover for this situation.

The only reason you could expect a fast attempt to take it private, is to try prevent a massive fallout from any fraudulent occurrences in the scandal and anything else the FCA have dug up

But they won't allow that now. Less banks the better situ

Retour du Renard LSESilent Hill27 Oct 2019 07:46It still amazes me that people here and some pay-per-shill journos are not connecting the dots here as to what is going on in the background. Vernon Hill announces his departure from MTRO for the end of the year then days later states he is looking at bringing a consortium together to take the back private/buy-out.https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2019/10/04/metro-bank-founder-vernon-hill-seeks-support-take-lender-private/2 weeks after the article above, Vernon Hill leave the board early and the press paints it as the 'Q3 Walk of Shame' , when anyone with half a brain could see that he left to pursue an aggressive takeover campaign and his presence on the board would have created conflicts of interest, awkward with the FCA currently in house. Anyone who dialled into the analyst call would have spotted that the no one on the BoD elaborated on any plans beyond 2020 Q1 and the focus was on 'getting the house in order'. They also did not deny that a takeover bid is not on the cards and that they would represent any situation within the shareholders best interests. Vernon Hill is still a considerable shareholder in this business and we have seen no mass dumping of positional change since Wednesday from either himself or his powerful Wall Street friends. I would suggest that, all things considered, we will have a very telling/interesting week ahead. Just watch the tone of the newspaper articles suddenly change.

Has anybody heard the great news? Zack has put a sell out on mtro. If this isn't a contrarian sign the share price is about to flip, I don't know what is

Asus, my advice...don't take any advice from this board. You stand more chance of getting whipsawed if you listen to those on here then trade.
