An investigation was launched by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority. The inquiry is expected to last another year...so why another year does not feel that they are too keen on a fine at least not now and they have had a year to investigate?..As for the CRO leaving well he's just started so did not have time to get his feet under the table maybe just a personality clash...it would have been alot more serious if he had resigned after a few months and not going in less than 2 weeks.
