04/3/2020 18:32 | It’s not about the market, you need to consider the impact on the economy. You’re being managed by a very intellectual machine. Think simply, it must be bad if James Bond has returned home. | ![]() smartie6

04/3/2020 18:29 | Researchers in China have found that two different types of the new coronavirus could be causing infections worldwide. In a preliminary study published Tuesday, scientists at Peking University's School of Life Sciences and the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai found that a more aggressive type of the new coronavirus had accounted for roughly 70% of analyzed strains, while 30% had been linked to a less aggressive type. The more aggressive type of virus was found to be prevalent in the early stages of the outbreak in Wuhan — the Chinese city where COVID-19 was first detected late last year. But the frequency of this type of virus has since decreased from early January. The researchers said their results indicate the development of new variations of the spike in COVID-19 cases was "likely caused by mutations and natural selection besides recombination." In their initial conclusions the virus is mutating into a less virulent form..After all a virus that kills its host wont last long hence it mutates into a weaker form..Hence market disruption and short term panic but not Armageddon. | ![]() paul planet earth

04/3/2020 18:22 | PPE, there comes a point where even if you’re unwilling to accept it because it comes from someone you hate that you have to say I accept it. Extrapolate the known numbers out today with limited understanding. Think about when they close down the tube in fear and impact then. That will come. Remember containment. Impact on service industry and economy just taking this into account. | ![]() smartie6

04/3/2020 18:16 | At this moment the public are being managed by a team of behavioural experts. They do not want you in a panic or a run on the stores. This is serious stuff and not a reaction. First thing you’ll see will be sports fixtures closed, playing behind closed doors. Closure of public meetings. All stage 1 containment. At some point you’ll open your eyes and see. And we see ftse rise 90pts and Dow 500pts and think everything is alright. Lol. | ![]() smartie6
