Looking forward to further drilling across the TD2, TD3 targets and expansion of the already large copper resources this year.



Once settlement occurs the initial focus at Los Calatos will be to upgrade the existing Mineral Resources to Measured and Indicated status, to expand the resources (including further drilling at the TD 2 and TD 3 targets), to complete Pre-Feasibility Study level metallurgical testwork including testing with sea water, and progress permitting.

I think we can safely say that the new shareholders and CD Capital will have seen what SOLG have done, and the value potential of very large projects, they will hopefully be working hard to realise this value.

Was up 10% in aus at 3am but ended up slightly, now down here on hardly any volume.They need to update us on the distribution.

You read it wrong, however its worth researching about the Los Calatos deal and the amount of money which will be invested in this asset this year.

I have no confidence in Howe, this is why I sold out here just before consolidation. There are many investors who think similarly.Is the best thing I have done as I recovered my losses at VAST.May be back here in the future but not yet.

So let me get this straight, MNC are capped at less than 5m GBP, yet they have an advanced 100% owned gold asset, which would be producing 50z oz per annum, with a Life of Mine AISC costs of US$648/oz....and yet you have small cap gold explorers on aim capped at double or triple what MNC is capped at, and they don't even have a JORC.

Surely AIM will start to recognise the value here.

Bring on drilling at Tesorito this year.

Not too sure if anyone follows Gwen Preston,one of her two tips for 2017 is Red Eagle Mining.She has a very good newsletter(Resource Maven)& has just done a report from Colombia after spending a couple of weeks there & visiting Red Eagle.Hopefully MNC will follow their footprint going forward.

Its between 30/1 and 50/1 but we get to vote on it. Also the share issue.

I think overall this is positive.

We are now moving forward on two fronts.

SB, 48%, yes that's what I arrived at expressed as a %age of the new + original total of shares in issue.
I was trying to illustrate how the new issued shares will nearly dwarf the original mcap and so diluting my holding.
Either way not happy, see my post 4179.

Todays announced funding commitments for Miraflores/Quincha feasability study amounts to a further share issue of 84% of existing share capital. Rough calculation.
Share consolidation coming as well.

I'll bet they are excited Count, considering what's happened since.

Shares Mag in their article dated 22.09.16 say CD Capital is spending $45m to earn up to 70% of ownership, it's not happened yet imo, the feasibility work is ongoing, so we still hold 49%.
