27/6/2017 10:30 | 30m spent on the gold project? Well Howe and his crooks spent many times that on LC and what have the investors got out of that?Redfield and others May be in this to give the company some credidibity but do we know what goes on behind the scenes? The financial world is full of dodgy deals. My point is after the LC debacle, Howe should be forced to go and a proper independent investigation be done on the sale of LC. What happened to the other 51%? | jungmana
27/6/2017 10:18 | I don't think there are any optimistic backers of WH left,so we probably agree on that.I don't however think Redfield & Lanstead are here for the project to not advance. Anyway time will tell, all most of us can do is sit and wait but at current market cap nothing is in for gold project which has already had nearly 30 million spent on it by minera seafield. | christy41
27/6/2017 10:04 | I think even the most optimistic backer of Howe will realise by now that him and his team are in this only to enrich themselves. No investor will ever make any money here. This gold venture is just to keep the gravy train running. The $5m will be swallowed on wages and expense within a year or two and more and more funding will be required. I doubt an ounce of gold will ever be produced by these criminals. | jungmana
27/6/2017 09:03 | Time to move on from the disaster of LC. | the count of monte_cristo
22/6/2017 17:04 | What happened to MNC year on..so low | ziaahmed
16/6/2017 11:53 | I am staying in as a small value [wasn't when first bought] ISA holding makes little difference either way [no CGT relief]. If only as a lesson never to end up with a 95% club stock amongst solid ISA holdings. Equity value has just been frittered away, successful odds on the Miraflores project, who knows? Nice work if you can get it. | blueliner
16/6/2017 11:39 | Well I'm totally out and never to return whilst the current management are in charge. My 7 year old son would have managed this better and got more money for shareholders | dyardley
15/6/2017 21:08 | TCMC,Please keep us informed if you receive a reply. | christy41
15/6/2017 17:44 | Crooks at work. For the past 3 years some of us have been warning here about Howe. The man has no integrity and as I always said has been running the company as a lifestyle company. No human being with a bit of honesty will sell half of LC for $5m after spending over 10 times that amount of money there. And what of the other 51%? | jungmana
15/6/2017 17:24 | LC was the only place to get some money they're desperate. Just think of all the money invested over the last few years in LC. They also lost the other project due to ownership of land with the owner. They are so incompetent it beggars belief | dyardley
15/6/2017 17:22 | The real reason is they needed new and more money to keep themselves in a job to run the new columbia goldmine | dyardley
15/6/2017 17:21 | I know all they have promised for the original 51% was to invest 45 million. But they will be the beneficiaries of that! Really been ripped off here it's the worst I have seen. One of the directors moved over with cd capital to run LC | dyardley
15/6/2017 14:04 | I have emailed William Howe to ask him about this. CD Capital seem to have acquired the 51% holding for nothing, what did we get out of it? | the count of monte_cristo
15/6/2017 11:07 | Agree, it seems like a fast one has been pulled. | chesycustard
15/6/2017 06:05 | The worst part is, what the hell did we get for the other 51%?! How can CD Capital just get this for free? | the count of monte_cristo
14/6/2017 20:16 | A shocking performance the more I think about it. I am not really an investor in AIM but I pity those people who are still believing the spin from this company. People say I give the benefit of the doubt too mmuch but it is always best not to rush to judgement and be objective. But when you actually step back and reflect on the past 4 years - can anyone honestly say this company and management have not been a total disaster? The management here are the definition of failure, greed and self interest. That's AIM so I am not complaining. But I just think some people expected slightly more from this company. And expect the 4 million to go up in smoke in wages and waste. | loverat
14/6/2017 16:15 | A few years ago, they had 15 million in cash and a world class asset. Now they have chucked away the asset and have about 4 million. It will probably go down to 1.4m at some point. Most stocks do disconnect from share price to value. Plus there is no revenue here for years. A hopeless stock for long term investors. The money from this will pay the CEOs wages foe a while. He is sticking two fingers up to you all. The sale simply limits any speculative upside this stock had. Sell. Some folk were predicting 500m for LC. I would have thought 25m at least. These idiots achieve 4 million. | loverat
14/6/2017 15:49 | A penny would value the company at £1.4m or so. That's quite a discount for 850k oz of gold and $5m cash in the bank. One of their shareholders increased their stake too over the past few months. Not holding yet, but this is now definitely worth watching. | novicetrade68
14/6/2017 15:34 | Down again. The share price a disappointment on a level of the inept and greedy management. Time to move on from this disaster. Overall up on the huge rise a couple of years ago amd some successful trading The downsides is believing this management might have at least some competance. A terrible RNS this morning and a rise in the share price which gave some the opportunity to ditch this. I'll look in again if these go to sub 1p. Any revenues years away and management just dragging this out to keep them in employment. | loverat
14/6/2017 08:28 | A few million quid for a massive resource. Should pay the wages for a while. A massive failure here of epic proportions. And this gold project looks like it won't be producing for years so more fund raises in the future I suspect. But that is AIM overall which I guess you have to work to your advantage. I'm surprised this opened up today. I was expecting a fall which might materialise later. | loverat
14/6/2017 07:36 | I agree. Could Howe and his team have an interest in this deal? That man is not to be trusted | jungmana
14/6/2017 07:30 | CD capital though are the winners. They got LC at a huge bargain. | jungmana
14/6/2017 07:26 | Interesting development. I agree MNC, is sad to see LC sold but on the plus side the company is valued at cash level today. The huge gold asset is valued at zero .I think 8 to 12p should be a reasonable share price right now.Gla | jungmana |
