shares may soon see a substantial re-rating from the legal hearing next week regarding the deal with BritNRG that should, under law, have been put to shareholders.
BritNRG now owes MetalNRG just over £1mln.

Could be an interesting time for next week -

If the £1.1M is returned then they retain a small percentage of BritNRG shares.What will happen to the money?I cannot see it being used for anything other than reducing the debt which has DOUBLED in 12 months.Us shareholders need a vote on whether we actually want it back or remains as the 190 shares in BritNRG.Whisby plant is online soonOil prices highI know where I'd like it to stay for sure

After yesterday's AGM the company sent out a tweet stating "the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM were duly passed"This was inaccurate and after a couple of responses to their tweet it was removed.They then sent another one telling the whole truth.It stated that voting results including proxy voting would be published on their website "shortly".We are still waiting 23hrs after the AGM finished.Previous years after a "all propositions passed" AGM it had been up within hrs.Why not now?

This was to do with his termination/resignation and legal fees.Not the JV deal for shares in BritNRG.I imagine this will be appealed.There is still an opportunity to go for "unfair dismissal" of course.
