12/1/2022 15:41 | Looking better today. | excellance
11/1/2022 23:51 | I've put the EQT interview in the header. Some interesting points raised, such as carbon credits, and MNRG focus going forward. Where does this leave BritNRG and can MNRG retain green credentials with a 25% interest in an oil company? Same with gold ridge? Do we need to have oil infrastructure accreditation to build EQT facilities? What a dog's dinner of a company under Rolf's tenure. I hope he sorts it out. | excellance
11/1/2022 15:10 | In the stock box interview you posted 5 days ago, the CEO implies that the November troubles will be sensibly put to bed around table discussions As though they are not of a serious nature . | cerrosdelaguila
11/1/2022 13:48 | Why did David do this interview? Does he really see MNRG as a valid infrastructure developer? MNRG are basically a one man band, using contractors, buying interests in other companies, and printing shares like confetti to raise funds. I'm fairly sure Rolf will by trying to find funds from somewhere very soon, but at what price could he place shares with this BritNRG fiasco hanging over us? | excellance
11/1/2022 12:15 | So no cash from Italy until 2023, and MNRG have no cash to fund anything more on the EQT front or anywhere else. What is our cash position now? | excellance
11/1/2022 11:50 | Interview with Rolf Gerritsend & David Palumbo of Eqtec Pipeline of Green Energy projects in 2022 | kennyruss
10/1/2022 16:35 | This is looking like the worst investment that I've made in years. Thankfully modest at 0.43p I doubled down at 0.23p to see it bounce a little, but Rolf has done very little to give me optimism. My holding is still modest compared to my other holdings, and who knows maybe it'll be a star performer, but I'm not happy. Come on Gold Ridge. | excellance
07/1/2022 17:37 | Market cap is just £3m My guess is that the EQT deal accounts for half of that valuation. The uranium assets are effectively worthless until there is policy change in country. Lake Victoria Gold 3.4% holding is also effectively worthless. The BritNRG holding is looking very valuable, but the dispute exposes us to unknown liability, so we just don't know where that leaves us. Obviously the Gold Ridge project is still very much our primary asset and flagship project, and that must be worth three times our mkt cap by itself in its current state. Let's get this BritNRG fiasco put behind us and move on... I can't help thinking that the dispute is over a bill that MNRG as parent were expected to pay, but either can't pay or don't want to pay, so Rolf is clutching at straws to get out of the arrangement and avoid the liability. The dispute means that nobody pays the bill until the situation is resolved, and maybe that's the goal here, to drag payment of the bill out as long as possible to a point where it is affordable...I wonder how big this exposure is and why Rolf didn't give us that crucial information?? Anyway, at £3m mkt cap (or 0.27p) we really don't want more dilution for any reason. A big bill could kill this company, but a good deal will see a multiple return. | excellance
06/1/2022 18:48 | Nice to hear from Mr Rocco about developments at Whisby, and hashtagging MNRG in to his tweet. Obviously Mr Rocco isn't under the same limitations as a listed company director is, but I like his tweets. No idea how BritNRG success can be monetised to benefit MNRG, but hopefully they'll buy our minority interest. | excellance
06/1/2022 14:54 | Silence? Rolf did an interview released yesterday on twitter...from three weeks ago. | excellance
06/1/2022 14:10 | Silence is never misunderstood | block4gooner
06/1/2022 13:45 | Looks like 2x 2.5m buys trumps that earlier 2m sell | excellance
05/1/2022 22:33 | "substantial news" coming out of Gold Ridge this year says Rolf in his new StockBoxMedia interview. | excellance
05/1/2022 14:40 | Looking positive today | excellance
05/1/2022 11:51 | Quite a few buys today, volume increasing, insiders taking positions? | excellance
23/12/2021 15:27 | Has Rolf knocked off for Xmas? | excellance
16/12/2021 13:44 | What do we need £295k for? Is that our exposure to the BritNRG liability, or is it for gold ridge? Fairly sure we won't be keeping our 23m EQT shares. It's just a veiled fund raise. | excellance
16/12/2021 13:39 | Wise words as per usual ? | block4gooner
16/12/2021 10:49 | So 100m shares issued at 0.295p and 50m 3 year warrants at 0.45p and EQT expect to place a director on the board of MNRG in Q1 22 as mnrg focus on green energy. EQT now own 15% of mnrg. If we are now focussing on green energy, I expect we'll sell out BritNRG interest. Not sure how gold ridge fits in with the new green mnrg, but there is copper in there somewhere so maybe we can keep that. | excellance
16/12/2021 07:59 | Further dilution but mnrg acquire 23m eqt shares. Not sure what share price this indicates | excellance
15/12/2021 18:12 | Some decent late trades - especially the 2.3M at 0.31 10 mins before the market closed | kennyruss
15/12/2021 13:00 | Virtually no volume today. Some good info on gold ridge has been tweeted by mnrg this week. I'm expecting some very positive news there eventually. Rolf alludes to significant news there soon, but I'm not sure about anything he says these days. | excellance
14/12/2021 14:06 | My average is about .38p, all bought into the most recent slump Hoping for an easy double. | dubjon |
