We obviously can't have a daily running commentary of the legal proceedings, but some information would be nice.

We know that the Italian asked for more time, but surely we've reconvened in court since then, or if not then we must know what date we're in court next.

"...the Defendants have now sought a further extension to Tuesday, 22 March 2022, for which they will need to make an application to the Court (at their expense).

MNRG remains focused on receipt of the defences in this case and has accordingly consented to the Defendants making the application for a further extension.

The Company will provide further updates on these issues and the legal proceedings as appropriate."

So, extension applied for, proceedings now ongoing?

My guess is that they have received something and are reviewing. If nothing had been submitted it would have been RNS'd same with a further extention. If a deal had been completed again i would think it would be RNS'd perhaps it has and the final bits are being put into place before announcing.

We get a gloating RNS about a delay until 22nd March, then that date comes and goes and nothing.

My 2p worth. This pleases me.How to raise funds for a project?1. Revenue2. Share dilution3. Loan.1. Not applicable 2. Had enough already3. Ding dong I like the fact that have managed this with no dilution to us shareholders There must be confidence, especially in this current climate, from someone willing to loan this huge sum as they must be confident they'll get their money back as opposed to a default.

?BritNRG Limited205 followers1hUpdate from BritENERGY Holdings LLP (LLP): - We (LLP), BritNRG Limited (Brit), and Pierpaolo Rocco (PR) are currently, along with our legal team, preparing robust and comprehensive defences to the rescission claim raised by MNRG, illuminating the entire fact-set of the dispute surrounding MNRG's rescission action. At present we have until 18 March to lodge defences. - As we have said previously, there is a lot to the story here and we had intended to present a detailed narration of the relevant facts today. However, on the advice of our legal team, we have decided to present that on a similar time-scale to the filing of our defences. The same fact-set is relevant to separate claims which we intend to bring to court against MNRG and its Directors. - We are confident in our defences to the MNRG rescission action and remain perplexed by its commercial rationale from MNRG's perspective. The legal proceedings already raised against MNRG and those still to come are founded on clear facts and solid arguments and will represent claims of a value in excess of the claim currently made by MNRG. - We should also note that we remain pragmatic and open to a fair settlement in light of all the facts of this unfortunate dispute, in the interests of all shareholders and stakeholders. But settlement can only be achieved if all parties can resolve to take a fair, pragmatic and commercial approach. Anything less and matters will simply escalate in yet further litigation. As said above, more updates will be released in due course. Sincerely, LLP et al

it has, with disappointment, agreed to a further request for extensions of time by the Defendants for the filing of defences to 18 March 2022 (the maximum time permitted without the consent of the Court). The Company has granted the extensions with certain conditions attached, in the light of the fact that any hearing at which opposition could be argued would inevitably only take place after the date of the requested extension. Accordingly, given the Company is primarily focussed on receipt of the actual defences, in order to assess their content, consent was granted by agreement. This was from the last RNS Pierpaolo has asked for an extension to filing his "defense"Mnrg granted it as it is the longest they could grant without the judges approval.Mnrg are taking Pierpaolo to court so be mindful of that as its not the other way round. The tweet last week mentioned samples at Goldridge. We should hear about that soon too.The company is undervalued at these prices.Once this BritNRG is put to bed I'm sure this becomes more attractive to investors.Goldridge should be the jewel in the crown as was the only thing on the horizon when I first started investing here.I have no option but to ride this out due to my sizeable holding and although my timeline has extended I'm still holding and hopeful

Im hoping that the £200k cln is enough to get us past the BritNRG debacle.

Gold Ridge is still the jewel in the crown, but i think its being held for someone else to exploit, or why else take 3 years and do virtually nothing?

I wish it was 18p Ex,
I had high hopes for MNRG but maybe have to write this one off, don't think I made a mistake initially here, it is totally down to incompetence by the BOD.
Feel sorry for the Spencer's who have a significant holding.
Only surprise for me is that CS is still a director, I think.

Looking at the recent CLN for £200k, it is clear that MNRG needed the cash and weren't willing or perhaps able to get a placing away at the current level.

Fairly sure the CLN will be exercised in coming months.

£200k keeps us solvent but nothing more than that.

I think Rocco knows he's got the winning hand, and the court case can only result in another fail for Rolf, and added court costs, but MNRG don't have the cash to pay court costs, or to pay the liability if Rolf wins, and they don't have the cash to stay in the game with EQT either.

So, I expect a large placing at much lower levels, so won't be buying any until this mess is sorted out.

I have sold all of the ones I bought at 0.23 in December.
